• Location, amenities (fridge, microwave), staff.
• No pool or breakfast.

“Excellent location and value for travelers or business-people. Kitchenette is ideal for longer stays. Numerous restaurant choices within 10 minutes. Handy access to interstate. Overall excellent.”

• It had a refrigerator.
• The front desk charged us an extra 10 dollars for a room with two beds.

• Good location, good price.
• Bed was awful, felt like I was sleeping on a box.

“Good location, a little run down. It was good for the price and we were only there for 2 nights. I would not recommend for a long stay, the beds were not comfortable. The staff was friendly and responded well to any requests we had.”

• Spacious and not in a busy part of town.
• Not super clean. And not many amenities.

“Good hotel. Nice spacious room. Kitchen was a plus, but no pool or hot tub was a let down.”

• It had a fridge and a microwave.
• Bathroom was small.

“This is a bare bones nothing fancy hotel. It just provides a room, no extras. But the rooms do have a stove, microwave and a full size fridge which is a plus if you want to store cold items.”

• Like a Motel 6.

“Extremely basic, expected more modern decor. Like a Motel 6 only slightly bigger with a tub and kitchenette.”

• The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The kitchenette was very handy.
• The room smelled. Extra charge to have room serviced.

“After past great experiences I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. They charged me another 10.00/ night to get the extra bed for my son. The room was very bare for the price. I even had to go buy my own box of Kleenex because there was no Kleenex provided in the room.”

• Price was good.
• They advertise an extended stay hotel. But I can't imagine many would like to stay there long.

“The price was very good. However, this hotel states they are an extended stay and I really can't imagine staying here for very long. The kitchenette had only two hot plates, a microwave, and a frig. There was no oven and there were no utensils. The place was clean but I guess I'm spoiled with my pillow top mattress because this bed seemed hard as a rock. Great place to save money, but that is about it.”
