“It was OK for our one night anniversary celebration. Room was clean. Bathroom was cold because of location of heating system. There was no refrigerator or microwave in this king size suite. Complimentary tea was missing.”

“Decent Business hotel, didn't spend a lot of time there. The parking garage and elevators were kind of nasty and stunk.”

“We sat at the hotel bar for 20 minutes while one bartender served others and the manager watched. The room was very clean but smelled like sewer the second night, the room we got moved to smelled like smoke. They should have a shuttle to the stadium. There were no discounts on breakfast or other meals or drink tickets, or free wireless. Those are usually included in hotels with this reputation.”

“Had they not had another room it would certainly have been a problem since theer was no way we were going to stay in that room. Again, staff was great and our final room fantastic. The room service food was VERY good.”

“Everyone is friendly. I am handicapped the door man helped me and the luggage up to our room while my husband parked the car. Also they were very helpful with directions around the city. A very good place to stay.”

“Very nice remodeled rooms and lobby area, but parking is a pain, and with a loud air conditioning unit and poor noise insulation in the room it's tough to get a good night's sleep with anyone in the hall or next door.”

“The room was great recently updated great bed and HD TV. I did not like the idea of having to pay for internet access. This is a must for business travelers and should be part of the room rate. It should also be mentioned in the review that there are additional charges and what they will be.”

“This is a business oriented hotel that at the time of our late May 2009 visit was in the midst of major lobby renovations. The hotel had no restaurant in operation and meals were served in the coffee shop. The food was good although a bit on the pricey side. The room was clean and attractively decorated . The large LCD TV was a nice touch.”

“When you check in at 2 am, you expect the bell hop to bring your bags up right away and not have to park the vehicle first and have the guests waiting half hour for their bags. Even worse, without an apology.”
