• Space and kitchen. It was quiet which was great.

“This was a great hotel if you like a more space than a regular hotel room for a several day stay. I enjoyed it and plan on staying there anytime in the future.”

• Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean.
• Furnace loud, had to park far from room. Blanket was stained and had holes in it.

“The room was really nice with a fireplace, but no fireplace tools. The Bedspread was stained and had holes in it. Everything else was very nice, bath, full kitchen, and furniture. Flat screen 32" TV was at far end of room from bed, but still viewable. Bed was very comfortable, but a loud furnace was aggravating for watching TV when it cycled on and off. Overall, positives outweighed the negatives. You do have to go outside to get to the lobby for breakfast and happy hour as there are several buildings making up the complex. If they had clean bedspread and a quieter furnace I would have no real complaints.”

• Great hotel with great staff and location.
• Had some noise with late arrivals and ran out of hot items for breakfast.

“This is a wonderful hotel with four rooms to a cottage. Has a breakfast with two hot items and a social in the evening with one free drink and snacks. Friendly staff and great location in South KC area.”

• The room's fireplace was ready to light when we arrived.
• I can't think of a thing I didn't like, it was fabulous.

“From the start, the desk clerk was professional looking and very helpful. The room was warm and comfortable, even when the fireplace was not on. The bathroom had a heater and thick, clean, towels. The bed was so comfortable, the pillow choice made us feel like royalty. The color choice was soothing. The continental breakfast had apples and peanut butter; my favorite traveling breakfast and the waffles and yogurt with granola is my husbands favorite. All was presented beautifully and kept fully "stocked". The eating area was very inviting, clean and comfortable.”

• Room layout.
• Ants in the bathroom.

“The continental breakfast was great but on Saturday morning there was not enough room to sit in the dining room. We had to carry our food back to our rooms. Our overall stay was good. It was nice having laundry facilities on site. Other than the ant visitors in our bathroom, the room was very nice.”

• The setup of this hotel is condo-style, very private and quiet.
• Some water stains on the ceiling.

“Although I was by myself and on business, this would be a great place for a small family. Full kitchen, two TV's, and a good deal of room for the price of a nice regular hotel room. The parking lot was full every night I was there, but I was never disturbed by any other guests. The hotel is off the main drag, yet close to food and shopping. It appeared to be in a very safe area. I would recommend it for business, family, or a romantic getaway.”

• Great rooms.
• Could not get a pillow. we had 4 people, three pillows.

“The hotel itself is very nice. My kids loved the pool and basketball courts just outside our door. I liked the full kitchen where I could cook our meals. It was like renting a small apartment for the weekend. However, both nights I asked for a pillow as there were 4 of us and could not get a pillow either night. Bad night's sleep.”
