• I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and helpful staff.
• The bathroom was weird, but I'm sure it's because I wasn't expecting the set-up.

“If you're looking for a nice room, good staff, a comfortable bed and breakfast in the morning this is exactly where you need to be. A great price and friendly people.”

• For the star level and cost, it was cleaner than expected!
• Limited drink selection in the machines.

“Excellent location with many restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection at the breakfast buffet. On time and convenient shuttle service to the airport.”

• The room was pretty small and very humid.

• Location, free shuttle service, continental breakfast but .loved the staff.
• Carpet in room was sticky and the water in the toilet ran a lot.

“Loved the hotel and the staff was the awesome! Being so close to the airport was a plus and the free shuttle service to and from was a big reason for choosing this hotel. It went well beyond my expectations and I would positively recommend this place to others and I would most definitely stay there again.”

“This motel is a good place to stay while on a short trip or passing through. The breakfast is more than adequate and was fresh and tasty. The staff was helpful in providing transportation to and from the airport, as well as having an inexpensive auto-storage plan. This was actually one of the big pluses that we used on our honeymoon. The drivers were helpful and friendly, and making us feel welcome.”

• Poor internet hook-up.

“They gave me a smoker room which had a very bad odor. I count's hook up properly to the internet, the wireless didn't reach to the third floor and the Ethernet hookup was super slow, so slow you couldn't use it. I told them about it, and they didn't seem to care. I will never stay there again!”

• It has a park and fly benefit that is reasonably priced.
• It has very small area for the commode and no bathtub, shower only.

“We found the hotel two days before we were driving to Kansas City to fly to Denver, Colo. The price is affordable. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are very clean. The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were very friendly. I will stay there to park and fly each time I from the Kansas City, MO airport.”

• The shower was big, free shuttle to the airport.
• Under the beds where dirty, there was a piece of candy that was moldier under the bed my daughter saw it when she lost her ball.

“Just not a good adventure for me, had me booked in a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room and had to change rooms very late at night when it was already going to be a short night, also, NOTHING open around it to get food.”

• Fairly close to KC airport.
• Put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking.

“I haven't been happy with the last few hotels I've gotten because they've all been smoking rooms and the farthest possible from the front of the hotel. It is quite hard to transport luggage and an infant to the farthest room. Also, my wife gets extreme headaches and it's hard on our baby to deal with the smoking rooms. I wasn't impressed and definitely wouldn't do the Sleep Inn again. Thank you.”

• The assistant manager was a student of mine from the past.
• If I would have made the reservation through the hotel my room would have been $10.00 less expensive.

“The hotel was fairly clean and the staff was great. The stay was ruin by seeing the prices posted at the front desk and knowing that I had to pay more than that price for my room. This angered me with and spoiled my stay.”

• The shuttled me to the airport.
• There were not enough seats for breakfast.

“It felt humid and clammy in the room. There were not enough seats at breakfast time which forced us to take it back to our rooms. It wasn't the worse experience I've ever had, but I thought for the money it would have been better.”
