• Friendliness of desk staff, 24 hr free airport shuttle, continental breakfast.
• Carpet was not vacuumed as well as it could have been.

“Staff prepared continental breakfast early for the guests who were catching the airport shuttle prior to the regular breakfast start time. Room very clean except carpet could have been vacuumed better. Several restaurants available in the area for guests who did not wish to dine in.”

“I enjoyed staying at this near the airport hotel which though was basically in the wide open spaces of the Kansas prairie. The room was exceptionally clean and well designed.”

• Convenience to the airport..
• Rooms were small--esp bathroom.

“It served it's purpose....a place to sleep and close to the airport. The breakfast was nice and ready before 6 am. I would stay again when flying out of KC.”

• The young lady at the desk was extremely helpful with questions/computer aid.
• Room was very humid, stuffy and the cool/dry button on the AC did not work.

• The lobby was very clean and home like.

“From the time we checked in to check out everything was either at our expectations or above. Very clean rooms, wish they had more big towels though! Bed was comfortable, all the lights worked and the rooms looked newly decorated!”

• The bedding was nice - lots of pillows! The breakfast was very good, more than just sweet rolls and cereal.
• A little confusing to get in the drive and there was not a second entrance so once I passed it I had to go a ways down the road to turn around.

“Nice hotel, great breakfast. The AC worked great and everything was clean and in good working order. I also liked the fact that they had a guide in the room to let you know what channels were on the TV.”

• Good service to the air port.
• Staying in a smoking room. Our clothes smelled for the remainder of our vacation.

“The staff was great, but would not move us to a smoke free room. They gave us some strong spray that lasted 10 minutes. Even the van coming back from the airport reeked of smoke.”

• I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and helpful staff.
• The bathroom was weird, but I'm sure it's because I wasn't expecting the set-up.

“If you're looking for a nice room, good staff, a comfortable bed and breakfast in the morning this is exactly where you need to be. A great price and friendly people.”

• For the star level and cost, it was cleaner than expected!
• Limited drink selection in the machines.

“Excellent location with many restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection at the breakfast buffet. On time and convenient shuttle service to the airport.”
