• It's affordable.
• It is not clean. They need new carpet, new beds. The wall had a hole in it. I was very disappointed.

• Location hard to find. Bath towels were very small.

“Overall a very nice property. Smoke free building. Hotel sits off the main drag and it's difficult to find the entrance. Size of bath towels was very inadequate.”

• Nice lighted parking lot, great location.
• One lamp and the TV remote didn't work. Floor wasn't very clean.

“This hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, although the desk isn't manned after 10 p.m. so that was a little inconvenient. I'd recommend this hotel to others who might be visiting the area.”

• Nice studio with kitchen fridge microwave.

“Decent location, close to highway, but difficult to find from major road (met calf). Very much like its cousins (homestead, etc.) that are mainly designed for business travelers, more vacant on weekends. Still very convenient and decent for leisure, though.”

• A higher table (bar style with stool) in kitchenette would have been nice to use for working purposes.

• The lady was friendly.
• They were really cheap.

• Having a small kitchen as well as breakfast buffet.
• The breakfast buffet was very limited.

“I was very happy overall with the hotel. I felt I was safe, (I'm a female and traveling alone), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a very good TV selection too.”

• No smoking facility which smelled heavily of smoke.

“Not a hotel for a leisure traveler. Extended stay facility with a large population of construction workers. Suites have cooking facilities. Many of the guests were Extended Stay patrons and were preparing their meals in their rooms. The smell of cooking permeated the facility in the evening. The first room assigned to us smelled so bad we would not stay in it and asked to move. I would never stay in an Extended Stay facility similar to this again.”

• The staff was pleasant.
• Moldy dishes in sink. Bloody tissue behind door. Stains all over carpet and couch.

“We were very pleased with the location and concept of this hotel. The actual room experience left much to be desired. Our first discovery in the room was a blood soaked tissue behind the door. A short time later, we discovered moldy dishes in the sink. It was pretty disgusting. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were stains all over the carpet and couch.”

• Again. Dirty carpets/water turned off during the day/no showers.

“I want my money back. Carpets were nasty in both the hallway and room. I had 3 long black hairs inside the first bath towel I used. Carpet in room was fraying along edges.”
