• Looked clean and inviting with many amenities.
• Rooms were a bit dated and plain. Bed was a little hard.

“Safe, clean inviting motel. Had shuttle service to the airport with a park and ride program for $30.”

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Original room was not cleaned when we checked, but staff moved us immediately to a clean room.

“When we arrived and went to our room, it was filthy like someone was still staying there. The staff immediately moved us to another room. It was a quiet pleasant stay, room had nice kitchen, and we saved money by cooking in the room. Close to a great outdoor shopping mall, and it was worth the price I paid.”

• The suite was spacious and well stocked with all our needs.
• The parking lot and access is screwed up.

“I arrived very late and left very early so I may not be the best judge, but the decor was current and clean. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. I would stay there again.”

• Convenient location to airport, friendly staff, clean.
• High price for parking while traveling from airport.

“This is a convenient, pleasant hotel for travelers about to travel from the Kansas City Airport or for any business in the north KC area. The kitchenette is supplied with the essentials and the rooms are clean. The hallway and common areas are pleasant.”

• Close to the airport, clean, coffee/tea at central area.
• Mattress pad slid all over the place making turning over uncomfortable.

“Clean, close to the airport, coffee/tea available in lobby all the time, friendly helpful staff. No complimentary breakfast and I was wanting a bagle and peanut butter but, no place to find one. Probably a better place to stay if you were there for several days so you could find food.”

• I liked the price I got on and it's location to the airport.
• I did not like how long it took for staff to come to the front counter to check us in or out.

“This hotel is a little run down, or at least not a new as I regularly enjoy. It did not have all the features of an extended stay hotel that I normally like, such as a DVD player and a roomier hotel room. The tub did not drain while showering and that is a pet peeve of mine.”

• I liked the room and location.
• The bed, I felt like I was sleeping on a board.

“Location was great, 5 min from Airport 15 min from down town. Hotel was clean and located in a safe area of Kansas City. Room was clean and comfortable. A great location for family or business trip.”

• The kitchen in the room was nice.
• They mis-advertise a continental breakfast.

“The hotel was good, but a little less than my 2-star expectations. I was disappointed in the lack of a continental breakfast, after reading on their web page that they offer one. In reality, it is a coffee/tea counter.”

• Nothing.
• The walls are paper thin and you hear everything in every room around you!

“We did not get 5 minutes of sleep at this dump. The white trash upstairs were yelling and screaming until 3:00 in the morning. At which point we packed up and went to another hotel.”

• Cost and location. Also, it's nice to have an oven.
• Slightly dated and dingy looking. Not entirely clean.

“Exactly what we expected, which wasn't a lot. But it suited our need exactly, which was an airport adjacent hotel that was cheap and that we could book into at the very last minute. We only stayed there long enough for a quick nap and a shower before leaving again to catch a flight. But despite the decor, the service there was fantastic and incredibly helpful.”

• Staff was helpful even though I arrived after hours and office was closed.
• Everything was mediocre decor, bed, and shower. Really bad coffee.

“It is an "extended stay" suite hotel, which wasn't clear to me when I booked it. But not a problem. The room was spacious and it was clean, but everything seemed cheap.”

• The staff went out of their way to help us get checked in and make sure we had all the things we needed.
• No breakfast on the weekends.

“I can not complain about anything. It was a very good location to the airport. They also have car parking if you need it as well. The hotel had a great vending area with treats and medicines, or a hygiene items; you may have left at home. It has a waffle house, Ruby Tuesdays and Wendys right next door. The Wendys even has breakfast. The staff even told me where the nearest goodwill was to pick up an extra suitcase because my bags were to heavy for the airport limit. They where great and we slept well. There were 4 of us.”

• Ashley at the front desk was great and the driver to the airport was very nice! Excellent staff!
• It was difficult to find at night.

“Decent place to stay. Clean, good price, very nice staff and quiet. It was nice having the ride to the airport and be able to leave my vehicle there for a low fee. Staff was helpful, friendly and very informative.”

• Nothing! Checked out within 2 hours after arrival.
• Everything, poor quality, cheap by all means.

“Upon arrival I went to the room to find that there were no sheets or pillow cases for the sleeper sofa and both the sofa and the queen bed mattress were hard as boards. Due your future customers a favor and delete them from your list.”
