• Key card problems.

• The hotel felt like home. Great atmosphere! Friendly and welcoming staff! :).
• Nothing that I can think of!

“This hotel was very clean and definitely classy. The staff was very friendly. We had the continental breakfast and I would say it could not be beat! The location was very easy to get to- right off of the highway. We will definitely stay here again!”

• Room had a kitchen It was clean and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was provided.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“I have stayed at multiple Courtyard by Marriott, but this was better. They had a really nice breakfast (including hot food) available for free, which Courtyards do not provide. If I had to choose between Springhill Suites and a Courtyard, I'd take Springhill Suites!”
