• Airport shuttle.

• Room furnishings.
• Bedroom carpet, business center out-of-order, expensive restaurant for the quality of food, and no heat in room.

• The night desk person was prompt in checking us is.
• Some rooms had complimentary breakfast, but it was room dependent, which was strange.

• The service was excellant, the staff friendly.
• The hotel charged for breakfest buffet. Also, no blow dryer in the room.

“This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located for those traveling to and from the city via air. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness in the room was excellant.”

• The hotel was clean, nice landscaping, and very close to MCI airport.
• The pool water was too cold, but did not keep me or my son from swimming.

• The gal working the front desk with manager on her name badge was outstanding.
• We got handicap rooms.

• No continental breakfast.

“Easy to find hotel. Close restaurants. Room was clean. Airport shuttle was very prompt it was not the desk clerk that was driving the shuttle & trying to run the desk also, like some other area hotels.”

• Phone didn't work.

“Good location for airport connections. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't get a wake up call. It could have been a disaster if I had given my wake up time to the front desk when I checked in. Fortunately, I said I would call it in from my room, when I discovered the phone didn't work.”

• Had to be moved last on Christmas night due to water line breakage.

“The staff was very friendly. Especially the van driver that took us to dinner on Christmas Eve. He was wonderful but do not know his name.”
