• Close to airport.
• The Room was over hot, AC did not work, and guests were very noisy.

“The hotel was close to the airport, however upon check in; the front desk workers were extremely rude. The room was over 90 degrees and the air conditioner did not work properly, it continuously banged and did not cool the room down. The housekeepers were extremely noisy in the morning and knocked on the door over 3 different times; starting at 7:30 a.m. the bed was quite old and very lumpy.”

• The hotel was simple.
• Most of the towels did not appear to be as clean as they should. Many were stained and appeared dirty.

“Overall the hotel was fine for the price. Being close to the airport was a major plus, as well as being able to leave your car at the hotel while you were traveling. I would stay at this hotel again if I wanted something affordable and simple.”

“Very good customer service. The hotel was extremely busy on our second night and had problems issuing us a key card, but the staff was courteous and worked to correct the problem. The hotel caters to airport travelers by providing an excellent early breakfast (4:00 am start time), also a complementary airport shuttle and long term parking at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced.”

• The Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to the KICK airport.
• The mattress and bedding were in poor condition as were the towels.

“This is a cheap place to stay but I can't recommend it unless you can sleep with springs poking you in the back.”

• Close to needed event, airport and restaurant. Also liked the fact that it had a refrigerator in the room.

• The free shuttle service was very convenient.
• Some of the staff couldn't speak English very well.

“Not a bad place to stay if you're living on the cheap. It's pretty good quality for the money. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in trying to help me find some restaurants for dinner. Kudos to this place for having computer access in the lobby. I didn't have any major complaints.”

• It was cheap and close to the airport. We had a comfortable stay. It was perfect for the night before we left to board our plane.
• Quite old, but if updates were made it probably wouldn't be as cheap.

• Absolutely the most friendliest and considerate staff I have encounter in a great while!
• There was nothing I was displeased with except it could use a larger parking area.

“This hotel is an older hotel but it does not lack in charm or friendly hospitality. The staff was fabulous! Very friendly and they went above and beyond my expectations. Great place to stay and is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle service for those early flights. A+++++++++++.”

• The exterior entrances and noise levels may have been an issue if more people had been there.

• Did not get King bed that was reserved.

“The reservation does not link well with their computers. Room heater could not keep up with extreme cold outside. Did not get the King bed that we reserved.”

• Super-friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and free shuttle to airport and rental car facility.

“I almost avoided staying here because of a negative review, but I thought the hotel was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus, and when I said I would be using it, the staff told me they had just boosted the signal. I had no trouble accessing it and it was very handy.”

• Initial contact, Regina, was friendly and helpful.
• Desk person forgot to pick up my brother at the airport, and said I was not registered when my brother called the desk.

“They are under remodeling construction, so there was quite a mess. Ants in our room, toilet did not look real clean. Television remote did not work. Ice machine room was scary and dark, even in the daytime.”
