“Excellent location to the airport, but the rooms need a bit of an upgrade. I was satisfied given that I paid less (via Priceline) that I would have at a Motel 6 walk-in rate. However, it did not meet my expectations for a Hilton hotel (the rooms across the street at the Holiday Inn Express were nicer). Also, although it is par for the course to charge extra for wireless internet in upscale hotels, it is still irritating.”

“I've stayed at this hotel before and really liked it in the past. However, this time they put me in a room in the "East Wing" and it was not enjoyable. Small, dimly lit room with low ceiling; hot and humid in the elevators and hallways; long walk from the lobby or any amenities and no easy access to parking areas; poor reception on many of the TV channels. Basically, it's like you're in a segregated dungeon. Very different from the rest of the hotel.”

“Overall, it was a nice facility with nice amenities. Excellent work-out room and pool. Spacious lounge with work and/or conversation areas. Loved the convenience of being able to print out my boarding pass in the lobby! A bit disappointed with cleanliness of my room. The chair at the desk looked as though something had been spilled on it and I had to wipe it down. For the price I paid, I was extremely happy but I feel it definately is not worth the regular prices they have listed on their website. Had to pay $10 a day for wireless internte...really, is this necessary??? Make it part of the room fee! And if you're going to charge for internet access put more then 2 computers in the "free" computer use room.”

“Do not go to this hotel if you are looking to catch up on some rest or are not planning to arise early. The maids come at 8 am. This was my 5th time staying at this hotel. They come at 8 am to do housekeeping then come every hour on the hour. I have complained religiously. That is a huge negative because I get a great rate on priceline and it is extremely convenient and the facilities are very nice. 5 star if you have a flight before 8 am.”

“We have stayed here several times through Priceline. Very nice place to stay, beds are awesome. We get in bed and don't wake up until morning. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel is clean and mostly well-maintained. The elevators came quickly and our room was easy to find. The furnishings were in good condition and the bedding appeared almost new. The carpeting in the room was puckered and worn in spots. The flat-screen television was a nice touch, although the volume levels varied widely from channel to channel. Despite being so close to the airport, outside noise was minimal. The staff seemed very busy and fairly indifferent to providing a truly exceptional experience. I would stay at this hotel again.”

“The rooms were attractive and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise either from the airport or other guests. The pool area was a little run-down, but the fitness center was excellent. The staff was very helpful.”

“This hotel was perfect for having to make an early flight at KC airport. The room was nice and the hotel restaurant food was good. They did charge for leaving our car in their lot, which was a bit ridiculous as it was half empty. The pool was not suitable for little kids.”
