• Shuttle to airport & parking for our vehicle.

“Staff was helpful in all aspects from directions to local restaurants operation of airport shuttles and parking for our vehicle.”

• It was close to the airport, attendant was personable.
• Pillows were the flattest I have ever slept on.

• The hotel shower facility was very poor and it had bugs in the room!

“The hotel was not what I would call the best even for economy. I am very turned off when I see bugs in a room. The rooms I had were not the most secure to me.”

“Out of date, No Elevator. This is just better than sleeping on the streets. There was nothing stating that they were going to charge for leaving vehicle there while we were gone on our trip, if they did, I would have stayed elsewhere.”

• Close to airport with a shuttle service.
• Hard beds with non working faucets in tubs.

“My hotel room was clean; however, the bed was terribly hard, when turning on the water in the tub stand back because the shower comes straight out! When it is not on, it is very loud. The breakfast consists of day old bakery and coffee. For a budget hotel that is close to the airport. This is the one.”

• Filthy, dirty, smoke smell throughout, poor service, etc.

“The very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was horrible, the conditions were not to American standards, and the smell of smoke was present throughout the entire facility. The hotel was dirty, filthy, and very unclean. The toilet did not operate properly. The service was a shame to say the least.”

• Bottom sheet did not fit and would come off.

“For an inexpensive hotel ok but still the sheets and mattress pads should fit and stay on beds, not slip off. I got up 3 times in middle of night to remake bed. Need to buy better linen.”

• She was ugly, and had bad breath, and she used her teeth.

• The air conditioning kept cycling on and off.

• No elevator for handicapped/disabled patrons.

“It doesn't have an elevator or handicapped access. This is an important factor for someone like me and it hadn't occurred to me that anyone would not have access for disabled patrons.”
