• I liked how it had a great kitchen for the rate paid.
• No pool.

“Would highly recommend this hotel for people who would like to eat in their room some and not eat out every meal. Everything was VERY clean. Location was PERFECT. Landscape was nice, very secure location. I plan on staying here next year when I come back up to Kansas City.”

• The manager was helpful but misrepresented his attempt to compensate us for our problems.
• Our toilet leaked & made a horrible sound, our kitchen outlet didn't work & we had a hair in our tub.

“I thought we had stayed at a horrible hotel until the manager came and was very helpful. He did fix the noise in the toilet however, it did keep leaking. We had very few utensils & very few large utensils (like large spoons - only had a spatula). We had one frying pan & one small sauce pan which they weren't going to exchange until we went downstairs to explain what our problem was. I would stay away from this motel if I were you! Good luck.”

  found the beds somewhat uncomfortable.

“The location of the hotel is convenient. I found the beds too hard and a bit uncomfortable for my liking. I was a bit disheartened when I forgot my hairdryer and there wasn't one in the room. However, a call to the front desk, and they had one available for me to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating.”

• Toilet didn't flush, shower curtain moldy, tub didn't drain. Mattress worn out. Pillows worn out.

“I think at one time this place was very nice but it has been run down and let go. Air conditioning blew out a strong odor of mold. Shower curtain was ate up with mold. Tub didn't drain. Toilet didn't flush, we had to run water in the trash can and dump it in to flush. Fridge wouldn't stay closed as the magnet was worn out.”

• Pretty setting, quiet, kept well, few mosquitoes!
• Room was not close enough for handicapped.

“Very helpful staff, good personalities. Parking was a little close for a large vehicle. Property was well kept, one night I saw a large spider web, the next morning it was gone. Nice large bathroom! We enjoy having a refrigerator and microwave. We would enjoy staying there again as long as room is closer to the handicapped parking.”

• I saw a lot of hair in my hotel room.

• That it was affordable and close to the highway. Had fridge and stove to cook for long stays.
• Kitchen was dirty looking, one bed looked like it was going to collapse. Smelled very musty.

“Close to highway was good. Having a kitchen was a plus for long stays. But the kitchen does need to be cleaned better and newer beds also need to be supplied. Also no ice trays were provided to make ice and no access to an ice machine till you could have ice. Over all if they had newer beds and the kitchen looked cleaner, it would be better.”

• Locked out of my room for one hour, but was compensated, and was happy.

• Housekeeping knocked on my door at 09:30 hours after a late night, and didn't speak a word of English.

“Small, but comfortable rooms with all the amenities. It had a nice kitchenette, a full-sized refrigerator, a cook top, and a microwave. Nice place for a business traveler.”

• They don't change linens or make your bed unless you pay extra.

“Alright hotel, nothing to brag about. They don't clean the rooms unless you pay extra. No extra pillows or blankets - office closes at 10 pm. But in a good location and a good place to sleep.”
