• Near airport.
• The room made me feel like I was in a prison camp or horror movie.

“Near the airport, but not worth the stay. I slept in the bed fully clothed in fear of bed bugs and I was awakened at 4:30am because the walls were paper thin.”

• They had a kitchen to store my beer and fruit.
• I wish they would have a pool.

“For the money very fair. Nice hot water and good pressure in the shower. Very nice hotel staff,
clerk really helpful supplying cups that were not placed in the kitchen.”

• Staff was exceptional! Polite, professional, helpful!
• Bugs crawling in hallway; room was not cleaned well; drab color scheme.

“Wonderful staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Not a lot of frills, but well worth the money - a nice, comfortable room with fridge and kitchen amenities, outside the traffic issues, yet easily traveled to points around the city. Would have like to have had an oven, and access to a roll away, but all is well with this motel. Would highly recommend as an economy stay.”

• Not much!
• Atmosphere; lobby desk closes overnight; smoky.

“It is a good place for lower income working people to stay during the week. There is a refrigerator, sink, two-burner stove, etc. Totally without any kind of homey atmosphere. No food served anywhere close. I killed a big bug in the hallway.”

“We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs. They were friendly and easy to work with. The suite itself was perfect for a couple with one small child. We set up his pack n' play with ample room, and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs.”

• No staff.

“Needs to be more attentive to serious situations that arise. It is a good thing that I am a fire fighter as in the middle of the night my smoke alarm went off and there was smoke in the room. I called the desk and after many attempts was told that someone would be up to check out the smoke no one ever came! I did however receive a free night stay for the future as the lady who checked me out felt really bad that I had been up all night.”

• Staff was great.
• The floor we were on felt unsafe to us.

“Hotel was nice for the most part. A lot going on the same weekend which brought in a few unpleasant people. We were two girls alone and when we were on our way to our room we felt unsafe and disturbed by the other men looking at us that were hanging out in the halls and various rooms throughout the same floor-like a party going on or something. We told the staff they took care of us all was well I should have spoken up sooner than the 2nd day we were there. We did not stay our first night in that hotel because we felt unsafe. The next night we went back it was much better. It pays to speak up as soon as you notice it or are unhappy as opposed to waiting.”

“This hotel has had obvious problems because we had to sign an agreement not to participate in any illegal activities while staying there. So, no telling what had been going on there. This hotel would be comparable to Motel 6 or a Roadway Inn.”

• No pool and no sheets on bed.

“Staff was friendly however room was done what we expected, we also thought when we chose a two star hotel that a pool would be on site. Easy access to interstate though.”

• Very clean, very nice room.
• There wasn't much shopping or restaurants close by.

“Very good for anyone needing to stay near the airport. Airport and parking were within 1 mile with very easy access. My only real complaint is that I had to drive quite a distance to get something to eat as there aren't any restaurants close by. However it had a wonderful kitchen and if I had been staying longer it would have been very easy to fix my own meals.”

• Shuttle van was broken, my request for van not communicated from check-in staff to night staff.

“This motel was a place to sleep before a very early flight. I was disappointed that the check-in staff didn't relay my need for a 5 am shuttle to the night staff. When I called night staff it was like deer in the headlights. She said she didn't know I needed a shuttle, thought I was needing on at 7 am; stated the shuttle was broken and was at a loss. Then she offered to take me to the airport in her own car. I really appreciated that, but it was her, not the hotel who would get credit for that move.”

• Has a full kitchen.
• Most rooms are only one queen bed.

“Great location and has a full kitchen so you can bring your food vs. eating out. Only down side is that 90% of their rooms only have one queen bed so if you are traveling with children you will need to bring sleeping bags.”

“My wife left her jacket in the room when we checked out. We called within an hour and asked if they would keep it for us so we could pick it up the following week. They said they would, but after calling several times, it became clear that they did not have her jacket, or weren't willing to find out if anyone did.”
