• Great location with a large pool area for the kids. Friendly staff, free wireless internet and good front desk service.
• The room was a little small but very clean.

“We stayed for a weekend get away to see the Royals and shop. The location is great and we have stayed here before. We got the room and were extremely pleased. The staff treated us very well. Recently I have had hotels treat our reservations as if we were second class citizens. This was not the case here. I would highly recommend this to business or weekend travelers with kids. If you want romance and atmosphere I would pass.”

• The chocolate chip cookie on arrival is a very nice touch!
• The sink drain had a problem draining and waste even backed up slightly.

• Location was very good.

“Good location, staff, etc. We wanted one big bed, they would only give us two small ones. The hotel wasn't that busy so it shouldn't have been a problem to give us a big bed but they wouldn't. other then that, hotel was nice.”

• It was nice, everywhere!
• The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but not sure if it was. Unpleasant smell.

“Hotel is very nice in a convenient location. Only complaint is that maybe the room USED to be a smoking room, thus didn't smell great.”

“A huge group of teenagers ruined our stay. They mas the elevators difficult to use by pushing all the buttons and locking up the elevators. We stayed close to the elevator which was very loud due to traffic.”

• The beds had lots of pillows and the rooms were always cleaned nicely. The hotel lobby and restruanant were nice.
• It was a smoke free hotel/however the rooms smelt like smoke /rooms to small

“The staff was friendly and eager to please. The hotel was clean. The first night we had to move because the ding of the elevator bell was too laude and keep waking me up.The rooms were to small and smelt like smoke.Breakfast for two people cost 40 dollars. I think for the size of the rooms the prises should be a little less expensive.”

• Hot cookie when I checked in.
• Must pay for internet access. No free breakfast.

“Overall the stay was good, only bad experience was climbing into bed and finding a prescription pill bottle within the sheets, which tells me they did not change the bedding between guests. The hotel gave me free internet access in the room for the pill incident. Other than that it was good.”

• Everything was great, very relaxing trip.

“This hotel was as I have come to expect of the Doubletree name. It was clean and well maintained, with secure access to the pool and other facilities. While the room was not large, it was perfect for one night with my husband and two small children.”
