“The hotel is right across from the airport which made it very convenient for the late flight in. Even though it was next to the airport, there was no noise of planes flying over. The step-in shower with dual shower heads was awesome.”

“The front desk staff made errors on our bill because we were sharing a room and they didn't take separate credit cards. We were also misinformed about the restaurant and that it was open when it was not and then it didn't open because they said that there wasn't enough business so we ate in the bar. The food and service was good, but we didn't want to eat in a bar setting. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was nice and room service was excellent!”

“The hotel was fine, but we were not able to leave our car in the lot as noted on their ad which cost additional parking during the week. We stayed at other hotels during our trip for less and they were more to our liking. They need to remove some of the furniture from the room.”

“Overall, the hotel was in general nice. The staff was very nice. The room was decorated well, but was extremely cramped and crowded with everything in it. So much so that when you would try to walk around the room, two people could not easily pass by each other without having to turn awkwardly. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing though.”

“The remodel was attractive. Our food was not good. We did not get housekeeping. When I called the front desk about the matter at 11PM, I was told no one was there to take care of it but I could come down and get my own towels and sheets and change my own bed if I wanted too. No manager ever spoke with us about the problem during our entire stay. No elevator to get to our room. We had to go up back stairs with our luggage, with no help. The hair dryer didn't work, the TV didn't work, the staff didn't work. When we complained about our room not being cleaned (via phone) to the front desk, they didn't care. My husband went down while I was still on the phone with them. When the front desk person hung up with me, she rolled her eyes and made some comments. My husband informed her that he was on the other end of her comments. That was his wife she had been talking too in room # 248. They offered to move us to another room at 11:30 at night which would require us packing up everything and we were leaving the next morning, so we declined. The place was awful. I would not recommend.”

“They really should offer free internet access like the competition. On my last trip I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott in the same vicinity. It offered free internet access. On my nest trip, Ill probably stay at the Hilton for the same reason.”

“This hotel is close to the airport, but you'd never know it, as it is amazingly quiet! It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Hotel was conveniently located to the airport and the rental car agency. Shuttle came when called from airport. The next day they took us to the rental car agency. The room was clean, service fantastic. Wi-fi in room. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The best feature of this property was the comfortable beds! The bar/restaurant looked nice but we didn't eat there so I can't say whether the food was or wasn't good. If you're flying out of MCI, the location is perfect. If you're planning on shopping or eating out, I'd recommend staying further south.”
