• The hotel was very well appointed.
• The hotel clerk was rude when a situation occurred.

• Clean, upscale for the price, good breakfast has everything you need.
• Nothing at all.

“Really a great hotel. It has all the amenities one could want in a hotel. Very clean and attractive. Good service, good breakfast. Worth the price.”

• Nice facilities, nice room, and excellent breakfast.
• Staff was rude, unaccommodating, and unwelcoming.

“The overall experience of the hotel was tainted by the surprisingly rude staff. They forgot to get a credit card for incidentals, then call my room after 11:00 pm to get it. The room booked ended up being a smoking room and although they had 12 non-smoking available.”

• Clean and convenient location.
• Got sick - don't know if it was attributable to hotel room / food or not.

“Appears new. Very convenient location on Loop. Clean. Good selection for deluxe continental breakfast - love the waffles!”
