• Staff was accommodating.
• The smell, whatever they cleaned the rooms with was overbearing, and walls very thin you could hear the neighboring rooms and noise in hallway.

“For the price it was fine if you needed to be close to the airport. I am used to staying in 4 and 5 star hotels but again for the price it was fine, we were only in the hotel to sleep for a few hours.”

• The staff was exceptional, very helpful.
• Remodeling was in process during our stay, staff worked well around, but still a slight inconvenience. Didn't like the one cup coffee makers in room.

“Very Clean, very helpful staff, the "full breakfast" comprised of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, variety of cereals, variety of muffins, English muffins, bagels and bread. Applesauce & yogurt. Coffee, tea, juice and milk. Decent breakfast! Good location to airport and KCI Expo Center. About 20 miles outside of Kansas City.”

• I really like the indoor pool and hot tub.
• The HBO Channel should not be there. It was awful late at night.

• Clean, friendly staff, and easy on/off from interstate.
• Over deodorized.

“A nicely decorated and clean hotel with excellent parking facilities as well as a nice pool. It also had an excellent, warm breakfast with good selections.”

• The location and price combination was attractive.
• No staff available for room service.

“Forgot my toiletries, had to go to front desk to obtain complimentary toiletries since there was nobody available to bring it to room. ”

• The price was higher than the price I got.

“The hotel was great for the price. I did not like that when I got there the price was slightly higher than what I was quoted. Michelle the front desk manager was a doll, very helpful.”
