• It was right off the interstate.
• It does not have a way for handicap people to get to the second floor.

“When I got there it was late. But I did not see any thing for young children to do. Where to eat breakfast was not very big and was not room enough for us.”

• Very friendly staff.
• No complimentary shampoo.

“Very reasonable price at a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and checked on my comfort. The breakfast nook was small but clean. I enjoyed my stay.”

• Friendly staff coffee 24/7.
• Wireless internet didn't work-Billed credit card again.

“Friendly staff-but internet didn't work unless you were in one of two rooms. A little noisy-wouldn't work for people working nights trying to sleep during the day.”

• Mike was friendly on the phone.
• When my niece arrived he would not let her check-in.

“I called this hotel twice to confirm they would let my niece stay there and that my credit card would be charged. I was assured that there would be no problem. Once my niece arrived there, the staff would not let her check-in for her stay with her family. The staff said I had to be there, even though they told me I did not have to be there. After a long drive with 3 small children, my niece and her husband were looking forward to a restful night's sleep, courtesy of my long distance research and efforts. It was not the case at Super 8. My niece and her family ended up having to go elsewhere. They stayed at The Ramada, across the street. By the way. the Ramada charged only $5.00 more. They had a pool and a complimentary breakfast. the Super 8 offered neither! Shame on Super 8 for not honoring their word, as I will pass my bad experience with them on LOUDLY.”

• Nothing was good,
• Old rooms, very poor staff, no clocks, noisy.

“Rooms are old, including bed and furniture. Air conditioner worked poorly due to curtains covering it. No amenities in room-ire cups, iron/ironing board, clock etc. Staff refused to keep noise down. Staff also did not answer front desk phone because they were outside visiting and drinking (yes, alcohol). Poorly maintained and staffed facility overall. Not recommended to anyone for any reason. I would sleep in my car first.”
