“I was very disappointed with this stay. There was no notification that the hotel was a total mess and there was not going to be a pool for use. The check in staff was very nice and helpful but the housekeepers were rude and we even witnessed one trying to enter a room without knocking and luckily for the people in the room they had the safety lock in place. The free breakfast was a joke and they first would not let us in without a room key, we went back and got it and then they said there was a coupon that was given to us when we checked in we need, so once again we went back to the room to get that, when we got back then, they had shut the doors and ended breakfast. is that good service?”

“I Booked for 3 nights, but stayed only 2. And got charged for 3. Tried to delete one but couldn't on line and by phone. I was disappointed and will probably use some one next time.”

“I was much less than satisfied with my stay at the Ramada. The room was not clean, walls had water stains. The room did open up to the pool, but it reeked of chlorine and smoke, non smoking room. I am a smoker and I could smell it. The staff did not even tell us where our room was upon check in. They also double charged my credit card. They didn't have additional pillows available. Next, two young men were creating a lot of racket in the pool area, which woke me up. Security did not even come to reprimand them until after I had gotten up, dressed and went out to ask them to stop. Then at 11 am, they knocked and said, If you're checking out, you need to hurry up. Check out is at 11am.”
