• Water pressure in shower was weak.

• Good location, dining establishments close by.
• Thee room was filthy. The bath tub had not been cleaned for quite awhile.

“Room carpet filthy. Bathtub filthy/slimy feel.”

• The staff was very friendly, the pool room was warm, and the pool was clean.
• Staff did go outside the pool door to smoke. They propped it open and we could smell the smoke.

“This was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially when we needed a safety pin and they managed to find one for us!). There was a fire going with the coffee aroma filling the front lobby. Very nice. The pool was clean and the pool room was warm so we enjoyed our swim. We'll be back again!”

• There was garbage (diaper or sanitary items) from the previous guest.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly for the most part and I would probably stay there again.”

• How big the rooms were.
• The door close button and the alarm button on the elevator were not labeled well enough.

“Very nice hotel. I've stayed there many times. We always stay there when we travel to sty. Joseph Missouri if we can.”
