• The front desk staff was friendly.
• No toilet paper or wash clothes. Chipped paint. Not all parts of coffee pot present.

“The room was large. It is in need of a remodel or maybe just a new coat of paint. The bed was clean and was comfortable and that was really all I needed for the short stay.”

• Floors were laminate, not grossly dirty carpet.
• Wasn't able to furnish a fridge for insulin storage.

“This is a conveniently located hotel for the Central Florida theme parks making it a good choice for the family. It covers a lot of ground and has several pools in a garden setting. In addition, it also has a lot of conference space. The rooms and public areas are very clean and comfortable.”

• We did not stay. We had the worst experience we have ever had in our lives.
• We tried to get our money back. They gave us a room with other people in it. The next room was dirty with beer bottles every where.

“We do not recommend this hotel to any one. We had to stay on an army base for the night. We would like to get our money back we didn't stay. Basically we were told we have to get our money from the hotel manager. Good luck with that we paid you guys. Whats wrong with this picture?.”

• The staff and price.
• Breakfast could have been better but other than that it was good.

“For a clean comfortable very easy on the wallet place this hotel met my expectations completely.”

• Close to fort Leavenworth.
• Very old and tattered furnishings and decor.

“This place has seen better days. It seems like a rough and tumble area of the city and it not too far from the federal prison, so that might explain some of the ambiance (or lack there of). I guess it was a fair price for a basic room and maybe about right for the star level, but I will try to avoid this place if I ever need to travel back through Leavenworth in the future.”

• Close to many shops and places to eat and drink.
• Needs updated shower no water pressure. Beds aren't very comfortable bathroom needs a fan.
