• Room was non smoking and smelled like a smoking room. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Mold stain in the shower.

“We were going to a concert. The staff at the hotel wanted to charge us extra for a third person. The room was non smoking and smelled like a smoking room; the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable; the shower has mold and on the clean floor in the bathroom I found a dead bug. I sure did not want to spend more hours than I did.”

• Upon arrival, the halls needed to be vacuumed; there was a broken light in the hallway.

“We were attending a concert in Bonner springs, about 15 miles away. This hotel was about half the price of those in Bonner springs, so for the savings, it was worth it. I commented earlier that the common areas weren't so clean, but our room was fine. Perhaps the common areas had been littered by people who had just arrived.”

“I didn't expect such amenities! I had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and Wi-Fi in my room. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was very nice.”
