• Exceptional value for the money spent.
• The breakfast menu was lacking/

“Having traveled for business and pleasure quite frequently, I was pleasnatly surprised by this hotel. The staff and room were far above my expectations.”

• Beds had brand new linens and mattress was great. Room appeared to be newly remodeled.
• Shower/toilet area was way too small. Floor not as clean as rest of room. Needs a fan.

• Good breakfast.
• Rooms smelled bad.

“Room was within a couple feet of back door of a restaurant and delivery trucks were very loud all day and into the night. Room smelled very bad and was not vacuumed after last tenant. Many rooms were available on other side of office where it was quiet but we were not given a choice.”

• Location.
• Rundown with little help from staff.

“This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The light in the bathroom didn't work, the carpet was wet due to the A/C. The TV was very dark and almost not watch able. Plus, there was black mold in the room. After repeated requests for help, the bathroom light was fixed on the 3rd day - the rest wasn't addressed. I will never stay at this facility again.

• The breakfast was good. The pool is large.
• The room smelled bad. It was very small. It was ok for one night.

“The room is very small, it smelled bad. The pool was large, but murky. We heard from a local that the hotel had problems when the hurricane victims stayed there causing the hotel to totally redo their rooms. It was fine for one night, but we won't likely be back. The price was very good though.”

• Small bathroom, no coffee in coffee pot at front desk.

“Good place to relax. And get good sleep after a long day traveling.”

• The pool real was nice for our son to swim and us to relax. Great location for boating and fishing the local beach was less than a 5 minute drive.
• No elevator.

“This is a family friendly place. The rooms were clean. I will stay again with my husband and son. The staff was great helping me with anything we needed even direction and recommending a place to eat. The big bonus for us it was close to a public beach with boating and fishing. We had a great time fishing.”

• The fact that they had a shuttle to the cruising ship.

• Very easy to get to. Staff friendly.
• We got a smoker room even after we called and confirmed we would be able to get a non-smoking room.

• This hotel had the best "continental breakfast" we have ever had at a hotel.

• The smell, staff attitude, hard mattress.

“Needs to be reclassified to 1 star or lower. I've been in other laquinta's this is not the same standard. Very low class. A partial refund would not be out of line.”

“Hotel is convenient. I have stayed here before. It is close to a couple good restaurants and there is shopping around the corner. I would say this hotel is adequate for business and family travelers.”

• The mold and mildew smell.

“I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends. I did not like the mold that was visible around the bathtub area. The room smelt like mildew. I had to purchase a candle just to be able to stay in the room. The pillows supplied on the bed were basically useless. We had to request more pillows just to fill like we had one pillow. The room needed repair around the air conditioner unit. I also had to kill three bugs while I was there. The hotel lobby was clean and orderly, but I was not sleeping in the lobby.”

• The staff was the friendliest I have ever met.
• The room non smoking had an ashtray and strong smell of disinfectant.

“Breakfast was do it yourself waffles my favorite, and the staff was helpful and friendly and always smiling. The rooms smelled strongly of disinfectant, though clean, and needed to be aired out. The location was convenient to major arteries and easy to get in and out of.”
