• Quiet, but not too small. Close enough to Lowa great lakes region.
• The continental breakfast was store bought honey buns and muffins.

“Great if you want to visit the Okoboji lakes. Cheaper than the hotels close to the lakes and it not too far away even considering the gas prices. The town of Spencer is big enough to meet every one of your needs, because everything is pretty much walking distance. The Leach park area is very big and also very nice.”

• Clean, friendly and convenient.
• Noise from room next door.

“The first night was excellent but the second; they rented the room next to us around 2am to a group of 4 younger patrons. From 2am till 4am it was quite a party with wall banging, bed jumping and loud voices. It actually sounded like they were tearing the room to pieces; I tried to call the front office but no answer, finally went down to the office and woke up the manager to complain. Manager "called" their room and it helped a little but we finally turned our air fan on high and drowned out enough of the noise to get some sleep. I realize it was a holiday (July 4th) but it was annoying to say the least.”
