• Price.
• Room.

“First night tub filled with water and would not drain. Had to wait till next day for maintenance. Tub was drained but only scalding hot water (as if there was no cold water connected) would come out. Was told they couldn't do anything until the next day after my checkout time! My primary reason to stay in a hotel is the facility to bathe. Without that, I could have saved my money and slept in my truck!”

• Convenient to shopping centers, restaurants & attractions.
• Although convenient to shopping centers etc; also located in an unattractive neighborhood.

“The staff at this hotel was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are comfortable & equipped for families.”

• Nothing.
• Completely shabby, plumbing not working well, reeked of cigarette smoke.

“They didn't have a non-smoking room (unclear whether they even have non-smoking rooms) and the stench of cigarette smoke in the room made it almost impossible to fall asleep.”

• Convenient to pavilion.
• No regular TV only pay TV, not enough seating area in bar lobby, or outside.

“Very upscale hotel and convenient to Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Very beautifully decorated. There is no regular TV to watch when we went back up to our room. Bar down the street was full also. The only reason I would return would be for concert.”

• The air conditioner worked well.
• Small room, no coffee.

“My room was rather small. It was an extended stay place and I was supposed to have had cleaning daily. I was there four nights and they emptied my trash once and left me one cake of soap and clean towels. No coffee, no shampoo, nothing except one cake of soap. No pans for cooking. It was worse than camping because I would have brought those things.”
