• The desk staff was pleasant.
• Dirty bed.

“The staff of the motels was very friendly an helpful. Luckily, there were two beds in the room because when I pulled the bedspread back to go to bed, I noticed that the sheets looked like they had not been changed from whoever slept in it before. I also did not eat the breakfast provided because there was very little selection.”

• Price.
• General manager rude and abrupt.

“General manager charged my credit card held for incidentals for the price of the room so paid twice: once and once by the hotel. Checked out on 12/25 still waiting on refund on 12/28. General manager was rude and abrupt when I spoke with her on the phone. She cut me off when I was speaking and did not allow me to speak. Her tone of voice was very harsh. Accused our family of having an un-authorized party in the pool area when we had verbal approval from the front desk staff working at the hotel. Gm said it was against policy but that is not my problem if her staff give permission.”
