“Yes I was searching for a budget hotel. However, as a single female traveler I did not want to stay at a motel where the room's door facing outside. It also called itself an Inn and it was a motel. The staff was professional and courteous. But given the location and condition of the hotel, not a place for a single woman to be staying at alone.”

• Very friendly staff.
• Mole musty smell in room coming from wall socket.

“Nice looking, friendly help but the ground floor room smelled musty and Molly coming from the outlet the TV was plugged into which was pulled from the wall. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Wouldn't stay there again. Office had no mosquito spray.”

• Quick check-in and out. Staff was friendly. Clean room.
• Breakfast. Hotel was behind a bar and restaurant.

• Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
• Not a great area, very old and outdated.

“The staff was fiendly and the room was very clean, although the mini fridge had the odor of funky feet! The breakfast was frozen generic waffles and the little packaged muffins so we took 1 peek and decided to eat elsewhere! We obviously did not use it! The hotel is extremely outdated, older. It is in a pretty dark area especially if you have a room on the back side as we did. There is a night security guard who patrols, but it is pretty creepy coming in and out late at night. Not the best area!”

“There were people hanging around outside all over the place. My key didn't work. I had to use two trips to get it fixed not counting my check in. I could not sleep all night because it was like a party going on outside. And this was a weeknight. I couldn't imagine what it is like on a weekend.”

• Willing to put me in different room when I complained about severe mold and leaking of ceiling in bathroom.
  
• The rooms were in terrible disrepair with parts of ceiling falling down and wet, black mold in bathroom walls and on ceiling.
  

“This hotel is in terrible disrepair. There was black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, the towel shelf had been ripped off the wall, the ceiling in the room was peeling off, and it wasn't as clean as I would like. This hotel is also in an unsafe neighborhood so it made me concerned for my vehicle parked in the parking lot. Staff was courteous in trying to find me an acceptable room when I complained, but all of the rooms were in bad shape. Don't stay here if you can help it.

• The rooms were big and the staff was great.
• The lock on the door broke off from the wall and the hotel was booked so we could not get another room.

“Loved the location and the staff was great and helped with directions and even special request!”

• Friendly staff, descent cont. breakfast.
• Rooms are outdated, bathrooms were very outdated.

“When I first arrived at the hotel the hotel was overbooked and they had to send us to another hotel to sleep for the night after we had been driving for over eight hours. I was not very happy with this. Then the next day they told us that it would be 3 o'clock before our rooms would be ready so we had no where to put our things. You can't tell me that they couldn't have had our room ready before this time and if not they need to hire some more maids immediately!”

• It was clean and close to the hwy.
• The room smell like smoke.

“The hotel was okay if you just need to sleep but if you are going to stay there more than two or four days, stay at another hotel.”

• Dirtiness of room, very few amenities.

“Just a bad experience. Bathroom fixtures with rust on them. Hair on bathroom walls, dead bug on floor. Glass broken in picture on the wall. Mattress were very bad, stains on carpet, coke machine in lobby was out of order, not the best neighborhood.”

• The location was close to the airport and highway.
• The, overall, cleanliness was lacking.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend the extra money to stay at a little nicer place. The beds were so uncomfortable, I spent the majority of my vacation with a crick in my neck. We arrived after 11pm and the staff acted like they really didn't want to bother checking us in. We were only there until 5am and hardly slept because the room would never cool down. Just spend the extra $20+ to stay somewhere a little nicer.”

“This was very disappointing. We arrived late on a flight and the room was so difficult to sleep me due to the toxic mould smells in the room and bathroom.”

• Nice, friendly employees.
• It needs a renovation badly.

“Its on the low end. Nothing spectacular. Use to be a La Quinta inn and seems it was renovated, since baymont took over. All the simple things you need if you are a solo traveler.”

• My room non smoking smell a smoke and my door had three holes like the police or fireman had been there also my bathroom door had marks as kicked.
