• The beds were very comfortable.

“The bell hop was mad that I did not have him take our bags to our room, so he accused me of not bring back the luggage cart. Which I did, he was just not there when I did. He was very rude. Otherwise we would have never paid it. You can get free wireless at almost every cheaper hotel. Why on earth do they find it necessary to force someone to pay so much for their internet. We did not eat at the restaurant because the menu was limited and very high priced for what they served. We liked the hotel just not the prices of food and internet. Oh and the rude bell hop.”

• Everyone is very helpful and friendly!
• The ironing board was a little shaky, but worked fine.

“My husband and I will continue staying at this hotel whenever we visit Houston! It is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms have very nice upgrades. The beds are fabulous! We have stayed here multiple times and loved it each time!”

• Unhelpful staff. Inconsistent information from staff members.

“Nice place but info from staff varied greatly. As a world wide traveler, this was the first time in years that no effort was made to find us a room prior to check in time when we were under a time crunch for a wedding. We were told a shuttle would be available when we needed one; all we needed was to call the front desk 10 minutes prior to our need. The next morning we were told it was every 1/2 hour, and we had to force them to keep to that schedule so we would not miss our flight and adhere to Transport Security Administration requirements for check-in.”

• Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.
• The sounds that traveled up from below only because the way the hotel is built.

“Our diving trip was cancelled, so we stayed in this hotel for 2 more days. We received much more pleasant service and all amenities that were not afforded to us on the reduced night.”

• Convenient location - close to my conference.
• Lots of road noise from I-45.

“Hotel was easy to locate from the highway. The staff was very friendly. I forgot my Blackberry charger and the manager helped me dig through her entire lost and found of chargers until we found a Blackberry charger to use.”

“Overall, great price and experience. Just to be a little nit-picky, the hotel could have used a couple of front desk personnel as I waited to check-in and check-out over 10 minutes because there was only one person at the counter. Aside from that, it was a good stay.”

• Liked king bed and enjoyed flat screen TV.
• Extremely hot room did not offer to move us when complained; replacement towels & toilet tissue not sent when requested used Kleenex when we ran out.

• The coffee and the server that brought us drinks.
• The check-in clerk was snobby; the check-out clerk was inattentive.

“The facilities are lovely. The serving staff seems friendly, but the desk staff is harsher and unfriendly. We did not, to our knowledge, act in a manner unbecoming of any type of guest.”
