• Close to airport, freeways.
• The bill had my name with someone else's address. In answer to #12, my spouse and I were traveling on business.

• Good prices for room delivered meals.
• PPV movies highly overpriced. Bus. ctr. pc wasn't working.

“It's interior of the rooms was very average. For an advertised price, I would expect so much more. The bottled water was a nice touch, good meal prices in hotel, but online and ppv movies were horribly overpriced.”

“One of the best I have stayed in. The room was perfect as well as the bed. The breakfast buffet was the best and least expensive anywhere. When I go to Houston that is where I will stay. ****”

“The room was very nice, and the fitness center and business center were good. I was disappointed, however, that there was a charge for high-speed internet in the room. The late night desk clerk didn't know that room service was open until midnight; I arrived at 11:15 PM, ravenous, separated from my luggage, and the desk clerk just said there were no clean available rooms.”

“The evening offerings in the restaurant are marginal at best though the service is fine. Few people seem to eat there. They really need to work on that. The morning breakfast service is poor and very slow when ordering off the menu. I chose to go McDonalds after two mornings of such slow service.”
