• The room was large and the breakfast was good.
• Our lock messed up and we were stuck out for an hour.

“It is a wonderful place to stay, especially for an extended period. Very roomy rooms and the pool is heated!”

• Upon arrival, we were issued a key card to our room. The key card would not work.

“Spacious rooms, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was the cherry on top of our stay.”

• Full kitchen and spacious rooms.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's very obvious that it used to be an apartment complex, however this lends itself to large hotel rooms. There was a full kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bed was comfortable. The room even had a fireplace.”

• It was close to hospital my daughter was having a baby in.
• It was an efficiency apartment.

• Felt like staying at a friends apartment.
• Bed was rather uncomfortable.

• It was conveniently located for what I was in town for.

“The hotel was clean and conveniently located for what I was in town for. Housekeeping forgot to leave bar soap in my room which I trust was just an oversight and it was corrected the next day.”

• We enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the spacious and comfortable room, and the fireplace added a touch of romance.
• The dining area was to small and cramped.

“The Residence Inn was extremely clean and comfortable. It is designed to fit just about anyone's needs and wants. The beds are very comfortable!”

• I liked the landscaping. It was a pretty setting with lots of trees and a picnic table that was like a park setting.

• It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• I did not have enough towels.

“This is a great hotel to stay at when you are to be in Tyler for any length of time. The kitchen is great for making your own breakfast or re-heating leftovers. It is centrally located with restaurants and shopping near by. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to stay there again the next time I am in Tyler.”

• The room layout. Just not as clean as I would have liked.
• The staff wasn't that friendly, their clothes were not pressed.

“Over all the hotel was nice. We would stay there again. The room could have been cleaner i.e.: shower and restroom area. The staff could have been more friendly. The front desk clerk did not have a pressed uniform, it looked unprofessional.”
