• The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
• The breakfast was nothing great but it was adequate.

• Great rooms, extremely clean, used the laundry on site, excellent location!
• Front desk could be a little friendlier.

“The rooms were huge, extremely clean, and bedding was great! We have found our favorite place to stay in Tyler. Really, there were no complaints; it has a great breakfast, indoor pool with hot tub, very friendly atmosphere.”

• Very large rooms.
• The paper view channel was not working till midnight.

• Microwave, fridge. Extra sofa sleeper&
• Sofa sleeper mattress needs to be replaced. Back ache.

“Staff was friendly, accommodations exceptional, loved everything about it, but one. Sofa sleeper mattress needs to be changed. Getting a little thin. Other than that. We will be back!”

• Room was large & comfortable.
• Room had a new carpet chemical smell. Had to go outside to get to "indoor" pool, which had a green cloud around it from all the chemicals.

“Good hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.”
