• Convenient to the airport; comfortable; nice continental breakfast.
• Receptionist; rude, argumentative.

“The hotel itself met our needs (a bit pricey for where we stayed, considering it was the same as the Double Tree when we arrived in Houston on Jan 26, but was unavailable when we were in Houston again on Feb 10. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast (coffee/juices/fruit/bagels, etc). However, the hotel staff at night needs to go to charm school or they need to hire people who like to interact with the public. All in all, for the one night that we needed a place to stay before traveling on to our home, it did meet our needs.”

• Close to the airport with appealing price for an overnight stay.
• Bed was harder than I prefer. I prefer a medium to soft bed.

• The location.
• The breakfast was a little skimpy.

“It was in a good location. The overall trip was good, but I am a business traveler so I was expecting to eat breakfast on my way out, and didn't have much of a selection.”

• The desk manager saw I had reserved a smoking room on line, and asked if I would prefer non-smoking.
• Wish there had been coffee maker in room, newspaper at breakfast.

• Location - Close to the airport and the soccer fields I needed to travel to.
• The picture of the pool on the website looked huge in reality it was no larger than a hot tub.

“The hotel was very close to the places we needed to travel to; however, the rooms were nothing to write home about. In fact, they were pretty stark and basic. No frills which is ok but I have to say I did not feel 100% safe there. The complimentary breakfast was limited to an automatic coffee machine, cereal, day old pastries, milk and oj. It was ok for $60. a night but I would not have stayed there if the picture on the website reflected the reality of the hotel. I got a great price but next time I will be looking for a higher priced hotel in hopes of experiencing a more enjoyable stay.”
