• The bed was comfortable.
• cars were broken into, parking difficult. hard to get into driveway.

“It was typical Fairfield. No more, no less. It's what you expect from Marriot Fairfield. The desk clerk was not friendly, but was professional. Housekeepers were noisy. I sleep days so I notice this.”

• Clean, comfortable, modern, excellent service.
• A leak started overhead in the bathroom.

“Great hotel. They had a leakage problem in my bathroom, but when I told them about it they called service repair immediately. I'm sure it was attended to right after I left.”

• This hotel was amazing! Couldn't believe how clean, modern, welcoming, etc. it was!

“Modern rooms, white duvets and sheets (yes! It's easy to see that they are clean!), very respectful and nice staff, great breakfast, wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi (stays open until 12 midnight).”

• The customer service was excellent and the kindness of breakfast provided from 6am to 10am was too generous.
• My least favourite of the hotel was the cheap towels. I'v never experienced cheap towels in any hotel or motel!

• It was a moderate hotel, has a waffle maker in breakfast room.
• Tub was rusty and chipped on drain, bit of a health risk.

“It was a moderate hotel. I probably would not stay again because there are other hotels which may be more updated.”

• Indoor pool and spa.

“This was a great hotel for the price. The staff was great and helpful. The indoor swimming pool with spa was a great relief from the cold weather.”

• Outdated decor/notices that they were remodeling and nothing mentioned regarding this, also very small dinning area for breakfast/packed.

• Comfortable beds.
• Very weak wireless internet signal. Needs to be better.

“Good place for my needs at the time. Beds were very comfy. Shower worked good. Liked the amenities. Wireless internet signal was very bad. I had to move around the room to get it to work. Even then it was intermittent.”

• Only one community computer. It backed up with people.

• Staff was very helpful and very nice to our entire family.
• One of our "non-smoking" rooms smelled very strongly of smoke.

“We had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful. We stayed with our 7 children (2 rooms) and everyone enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. They made us very comfortable during our stay.”

• The housekeeper left a note expressing her wish for god to bless our stay. That was great.
• The fire alarm went off at 8 am on Saturday.

“This is a great hotel, although it requires a u turn to get there. The breakfast was good and always fresh, even after all of the participants from a college tennis tournament got through. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When we went, the pool was under repair, so no swimming, that was really the only down side to the whole weekend.”

• Hotel was clean, staff was professional and friendly, only the small pool kept it from maxing out the score.
• Once again, the pool was too small, but the rest made up for it.

“Extremely clean, staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that did not achieve what this little hotel did; they made me feel at home. The breakfast was great! Waffles! Not just cereal, or fruit, waffles in the shape of Texas. The staff kept the food flowing, we stayed for two days, wife &three boys in teens, and all were very happy. Please forward a copy to this hotel with my compliments and appreciation.”

• The beds & Pillows were very comfortable.
• Our plumbing was stopped up. Talked to the desk that is, At 8:30 pm, still not fixed.

“When we got back at 8:30 pm & the plumbing was still plugged. We asked for a plunger & unplugged it ourselves. The desk said the maintenance people were gone till Mon., & we had told them the problem @ 9:30 am. Asked for a discount on the room, but didn't get it. This is a reflection on Marriot. Never had this problem before. Will think twice about staying at a Fairfield again.”
