• The hotel is a good value for the money and close to the airport.
• It was not an especially inviting atmosphere.

“Overall, this hotel was a good value because I was only looking for a place to stay overnight before flying out early in the morning.”

• The phone in our room did not work.

“I would rate it above average, room was clean, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was hard.”

• Nice pool
• Elevators, air conditioner didn't work,maid service not good

“For the price we paid for the hotel was okay. The pool was heated and very clean. Breakfast was nice there was somewhat of a variety. The elevators needed serviced - they groaned and made terrible noises going up and down. The maid service was terrible. We stayed 3 nights and all they did was bring towels, they never vacuumed or gave us extra soap,coffee, or kleenex.”

• Hotel was quiet, very clean, and enjoyable breakfast.
• I needed a non-smoking room, but ended up with a smoking. Very strong odor.

“Overall, I enjoyed my visit. The evening staff was wonderful both nights. The daytime staff was not as friendly nor helpful. Good food, very peaceful for such a busy location. I would definitely stay there again. ”

• Very poor airport shuttle service

“I call for the shuttle when I arrived at the airport. I was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I called again and told the driver said there was no one waiting. I was on the curb the whole time. When it finally did arrive, the shuttle stopped to pick up an entire soccer team at a different terminal. It took over one hour for me to get from the airport to the hotel which was only 5 minutes away.”

• The continental breakfast was pretty good.
• The hotel could use some remodeling...it is a bit worn in appearance.

“This is a good place to stay the night before a flight. It is a no frills hotel less than three minutes from the airport.”

• Close to IAH airport
• The hotel smelled bad. My room was musty

“The hotel has been redone. It has no food, or no food close to the area. They refused to take me to a restauraunt even though they had a courtesty limo.I was disappointed in the hotel.. ”
