• Very comfortable rooms, nice bedding etc.
• The pool area could have been more appealing, more resort like.

• The maintenance man was honest in that he could not get the A/C fixed in less than 2 hours.
• Our air was out in our room so the staff moved us two rooms down that ended up having the same problem.

“The hotel was nice, but the equipment i.e. A/C out dated. This was not a convenient hotel for our venue. Normally in the past we are right where we need to be and have an excellent experience. This was not the case with this venue. We returned from a concert from the Woodlands around midnight and found our A/C was not functioning properly. Maintenance man got us another room, that room seemed to have the same problem but we were too tired to call again and didn't figure it would do any good. The other couple we were with had the same experience.”

• It had the computer station so you could print out your travel tickets.
• There wasn't a place to get coffee before leaving for the airport. Nothing open.

“All in all this was a very nice hotel. The rooms could use a more room to walk around in and there could have been a coffee shop open for those early morning travelers. This hotel had two pools (outside/inside) which made the stay and traveling with children tolerable. You have a warm, welcoming facility. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Friendly environment with direct accessibility to the picturesque Riverwalk.
• None.

“The hotel has a significant location of having an easy link to the main highway connecting with Houston and other Seattle cities. It is a few minutes walk or drive to the Downtown area, very close to the Alamo historical site, and above all is adjacent to the Riverwalk which is loaded with restaurants, riverside cafe's and shops. A unique experience in leisure time and enjoyment.”

• Beds were extremely comfortable.
• There were two family reunions at the hotel that weekend. Lobby and swimming pool were not enjoyable due to the noise level.

• Our room was upgraded to a King Suite on request at no extra charge.
• The restaurant was disappointing.

• Location near airport, room quality was awesome.
• Parking- limited close areas; at night it was scary.

“Great location for flying at Bush. Everything was very nice, even the staff. The room was well decorated and sleeping was comfortable on the soft fluffy bed. Overall great, enjoyable experience.”

• Our late night swim in the outdoor pool was marvelous.
• Don't charge for internet in rooms.

• Bed was comfortable and the TV worked.
• No hot water, huge cockroach sharing room, no one at front desk when I checked in.

“They need an exterminator to rid the rooms of large pests.”

• Poor service in the tavern.

“Noisy, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the both the airplanes and your neighbors talking. Room was clean and comfortable.”

• Close to IAH Houston airport.
• AC heated room with one failed attempt to fix. Recently painted floor 5, shouldn't be used for anybody.

“I used Sheraton at George H Bush Airport few times before, never I was put in recently painted floor where there is still signs not to touch and the smell is too strong.”

• Nothing to not like.

“This is probably one of my favorite hotels in the Sheraton chain, great location, great beds, and I really enjoy that their indoor pool and Jacuzzi is open 24 hours!”

• We arrived very late & staff was waiting for us & called us by name when we walked in.
• Small bathroom.

“Our stay at this hotel was very brief, as we were only stopping an overnight layover, but it was a great experience, none-the-less, the staff was very friendly and called us by name when we entered the lobby. We arrived very late, but they were waiting for us and had us in our room very quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very clean. It was perfect for our need! The shuttle to/from the airport was also very prompt. We only waited for 5 minutes after calling from the airport.”

• Close to airport.
• Hot water was merely lukewarm at 4:30 in the morning (bad for early morning flight).

“Does not compare to Doubletree or Hilton hotels rated at same quality level. No hot water was a real inconvenience and disappointment when getting ready for an early morning flight. The desk staff's reply was "we'll look into it" which was hardly an attempt to reconcile the manner.”
