“This is a very convenient hotel to the intercontinental airport. Was very nice and clean. I am very picky about hotels. My daughter worked for the Sheraton at the Airport, and therefore, look for things the normal traveler doesn't. Very nice overall. Thanks”

“I was given a filthy, run-down room. The bathroom had hair all over it, as well as pills all over the floor. The walls and floor were cracked. The ceiling was moldy. The rug was peeling away from the wall in every angle of the room. The bedding was dirty and I was completely disgusted. ”

“This hotel is very convenient to the airport. It has free parking. There is some remodeling going on, but it did not impact our stay. Very good bargain for the amount we paid. ”

“I liked that it is a nice, classy hotel near the houston international airport. I did not like that it is somewhat dated, and had no valet parking. Restaurant was good, but not great. Overall, a good experience at a good price!”

“The Hotel was a decent value for the money I spent. I would have been dissappointed if I spent rack rate anticipating a Hyatt experience. The breakfast menu needs to include a light rounded breakfast for the person that has a small but balanced appetite. It cost me the price of a dinner to eat a small plate of what I wanted for breakfast. You would have more volume in $ if your offerings were more flexible and affordable. A guest should be able to get in and out of the restaurant for $8-9 in the morning. I avoided the restaurant at breakfast on morning 2 and 3. The bathroom was not clean which just reflects on everything else in my opinion. The room had maintenance issues that had been ignored. Shades were not functioning. There was a driver on the shuttle van on Thursday morning 7 AM that was quite crass, didn't need it. I went to get a cup of tea at 3:30 one afternoon and almost came up empty handed until I found the lobby bar. The bartender seemed kind of taken aback that I wanted tea as he was busy setting up his station. Was surprised what a simple cup of tea cost at the lobby bar.”

“the shuttle service is timely and professional. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. The beds are too firm for me. All aspects of the restaurant need improving. If you call from the room it seems they have no one to answer the phone. At 8:30 at night they had already taken half of the table cloths off of the tables and while there were still clean empty tables with them on I guess I was not important enough to sit at one. They seemed short of servers because someone who was not a server was helping out with drink orders. the food was only fair. Compared to other hotel restaurants in the immediate area.”

“This hotel is not what you may have come to expect from the name Hyatt. The hallways leading to the rooms are ugly and dated. The rooms are very simple, not much difference from discount hotel rooms. The bathroom was in some disrepair - shower head not working properly.
In general this hotel is a major disappointment. I would give it 2 stars out of 4. Worth $50 a night - no more.”

“If you are flying out of Houston Intercontinental, the Hyatt will allow you to park your vehicle for one week at their location for a very reasonable fee. It makes staying there VERY convenient!”
