“Nice hotel, great location. comfy bed. All was good on this stay except I will have to continue and write down my scores for over charging ($12.95) per day for internet that is not close to highspeed.”

“This hotel is immaculate, well designed and quiet. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and polite. I nearly forgot the hotel is located on the grounds of a major airport.”

“Nice lobby , nicely renovated room, no hot water though and what initially came out of tap was rusty. Didn't leave room till noon and when came back late in the evening - there had not been any maid service.”

“Hotel was on the Tram Line and easy to get to. But very old a needs updates, TV would not work when it rained. All ice machines were broken. Hard to find room.”

“I have always looked at Marriott as a leader in customer service excellence. This hotel absolutely had to have been my worst experience in that regard. The facility itself was above average, clean but small rooms, quiet and housekeeping staff great. But the customer service at this particular location is by far some of the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. Unfriendly, unaccommodating, the front desk staff here was purposely slow with accommodating a line of customers when it was very late at night (midnight) and then had very bad attitudes like all the customers waiting to check in were an inconvenience. The restaurant was way overpriced and the food horrible. How hard is it to ruin eggs over medium? They managed to do that and then charge me $20 for breakfast. I will never stay here again because of the front desk staff. The valets and shuttle drivers were excellent and overextended themselves to be helpful and friendly which was the only thing that salvaged my stay here and made me feel remotely welcome. I'm sure that was only because the valets make their money from tips otherwise they earn minimum wage. This could be a really nice place to stay if the guest services and registration desk staff was given a complete overhaul. Pretty bad.”

“The location was very confusing, signs were misleading, I got lost so many times and when I asked a girl at the front desk for directions she just handed me a typed card and expected me to figure it out. It was way out of my way and there was a lot of road construction that no one mentioned. There was a Starbucks there but we found out Sunday morning that it was not open on the weekends. What a rip! This hotel would be great for a business traveler only and one traveling by air. It was very inconvenient for us. The toilet in the room did not flush and we had to hunt someone down when we arrived for someone to take our luggage.”

“Hotel is fine, but location if you are driving yourself is not good. It is hard to get to and all the parking places around the facility are marked for valet parking. The parking garage is about 1 1/2 blocks from the main lobby.”

“Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing an over-night stay. The hotel is a stop along the underground tram at the airport and is very convenient because of this. The rooms are great as are the services. The only restaurant onsite is a little expensive, but the food is great. Try the Houston Fried Steak! Yummy!”
