• The distance from the front desk to the room.

• Nothing.
• Everything.

“The location was very confusing, signs were misleading, I got lost so many times and when I asked a girl at the front desk for directions she just handed me a typed card and expected me to figure it out. It was way out of my way and there was a lot of road construction that no one mentioned. There was a Starbucks there but we found out Sunday morning that it was not open on the weekends. What a rip! This hotel would be great for a business traveler only and one traveling by air. It was very inconvenient for us. The toilet in the room did not flush and we had to hunt someone down when we arrived for someone to take our luggage.”

• Great location, very comfortable bed, quiet.
• The strange configuration of the buildings made it rather inconvenient to get to the room, especially when pulling luggage.

• This hotel was in the exact place we needed...right at the airport.
• Self parking was OK except when the attendant was no longer there. We tried several times to put our room key in the slot and the arm would not go up

“The hotel was very nicely furnished and other than the self parking problem, we were more than pleased with our stay.”

• the beds were extremeley comfortable and clean
• the pool was slightly green

“The hotel was nicer than I expected. Beds were great and comfortable with nice sheets, and furniture was pretty. The bar upstairs was good, and the hamburgers were great.”

• The rooms were well appointed.
• Parking was not good.

“Hotel is fine, but location if you are driving yourself is not good. It is hard to get to and all the parking places around the facility are marked for valet parking. The parking garage is about 1 1/2 blocks from the main lobby.”

“Very convenient access to airport, of course; and complimentary ride to terminal was included. Bellhop service excellent. Glass glasses in the room and nice towels add so much for so little.”

• You can't beat this hotel's location to the airport!
• Parking is a bit confusing and hard to access.

• On-site restaurant a little expensive

“Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing an over-night stay. The hotel is a stop along the underground tram at the airport and is very convenient because of this. The rooms are great as are the services. The only restaurant onsite is a little expensive, but the food is great. Try the Houston Fried Steak! Yummy!”

• Very well appointed and clean room.
• Internet connection should be free these days.

“Good location directly accessable from all IAH terminals. Great restaurant. Clean and cozy rooms. If your room faces Terminal C expect little noise.GOOD VALUE!”

• The hotel lobby was beautiful.
• Only that I pick a location that was about 15 miles out of my way. You have to pay the toll road to get there. About $2.50 each way which can add up.

“I would definitely recommend to everyone. The hotels that I've been placed in have been just great. Thanks!”

• The Marriott Hotel was convenient to the airport and a suburban area

“The Marriott Hotel was very clean. Although it was in the center of the airport, the noise level was very low. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return again, when in the Houston area.”

• The stay was wonderful it was very clean and the staff were very friendly
• There was not anything that I didn't like for what I had to pay I have no complaints.

“I went to the reservation counter and the staff was very friendly. The young lady that help me was very prompt. We got to the room and it was wonderful. It was furnished with everything that we needed. ”

• It was wonderful to have the convenience of the shuttle directly to where we were staying
• The service wasn't what was expected, the rooms were a little worn
