• LOVED the decor, it is so nostalgic!
• They called at 11:10 to see if we were staying an extra night, check out was 11, we were on our way out!

“Great hotel, couldn't ask for a better place to stay to attend a baseball game or any event downtown! Super hospitable!”

• Downtown location.
• $24 dollars valet only parking.

“Nice interior with baseball theme. Directly across from the Astro's Minute Maid Field. $10 cab ride to anywhere in the downtown/midtown area.”

• Location.
• Service and staff, amenities, and for the price, it was not worth it.

“The hotel is not worth a four star rating.
The hotel has no pool, no refrigerators in the rooms, and the hallways were not air conditioned. For the money, there are much better bargains in the area.”

• The decor of the hotel was nice and had a baseball theme.
• The parking is valet only and $22.00 a night.

• Valet service was very slow and cost too much.

• The hotel was beautiful and the room was extremely nice.
• Not enough electric outlets near the desk in my room. Need to outlets for computer, blackberry, etc.

“The hotel is across the street from the baseball stadium and next to a top notch steak house. Not a bad walk to a majority of the fun downtown night spots and the room, lobby and bar areas are in the top of their categories for sure.”

• Very noisy, did not rest well due to traffic noise.

“Three times I attempted to speak with a manager regarding my unpleasant experience, either they did not answer phone or they answered, said they would call back and didn't. No one appeared to care about my experience there.”

• I loved the bar area, huge lobby and they had strong drinks.
• The location is a bit far from bars, clubs but Vic and Anthony's is really close by.

• The decor was very Ralph Lauren-esque and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• only option for parking is valet and it's $22 (i HATE paying to park!), but there is metered street parking which was good enough.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. The interior decor reminded me of a sports lodge. Very Ralph Lauren inspired with dark reds, greens and blues. Also, it was the first time I've seen a hotel room with hardwood floors, very nice! It is right next to the baseball stadium and I visited in the off-season so I'm sure this place is packed during baseball season.”

• The decor and ambiance was amazing along with the food and staff.
• No pool or hot tub.

“It is located across from minute Maid Park. They took every opportunity to embrace the baseball theme in all aspects of the hotel.”
