• Friendly greetings from staff.
• Often, got hassle by street people.

“Hotel had no water on last day. I had to reschedule meetings until the water was on so I could shave and shower.”

• No breakfast room service and can't rent movies.

• $17 valet parking, homeless people around hotel.

• Located right downtown, easy to get to.
• Parking.

• Mattress is not upscale. But neither is the price so it's ok.

• The location and serenity. The housekeepers are incredible.
• The restaurant employees appear tired all the time.

“Nice and quiet environment. Very convenient downtown area. Expensive parking though. The meals are okay. Helpful receptionists.”

• Expensive restaurants inside of hotel with not so great food.

• We could not get a 2- queen bed room.

• Convenient to the street cars.
• Terrible front desk staff! No self parking; high speed Internet did not work.

“This hotel is a remodeled office building, which means walls did not always line up with the windows. The room and the floor hallways smelled like locker room. Half of the rooms get the traffic sounds from a busy downtown street - cars revving on the weekend nights. The other side of the hotel had sounds of the street cars passing every 15 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Location and friendliness of Staff.
• The cleaning staff came after 9:00 pm at night and awoke one of my children.

• Great location, loved the pool and work out area. Dining and Snacks available.
• Hotel Staff not very helpful or knowledgeable about area such as activities and dining.

“This hotel was in a great location. Right in the middle of all downtown entertainment and dining, and only minutes away from great shopping and family activities. Safe location especially if you have kids. And most things are in walking distance.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was very disappointed with hotel parking. If you didn't pay for valet, then you had to park across the street in a self-paid, self-monitored parking lot which was not convenient and very unsafe.”
