• The amenities offered.
• The size of the room and also the staff seemed untrained.

“The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had extras that I did not expect. I enjoyed my stay very much. The room could have been cleaner and cleaned better but it was an overall good experience.”

• Shuttle service on time, very accommodating.
• Poor selection continental breakfast, had to change room due to strong order in room.

“The hotel met my expectations for the price. The location was very close to the MD Anderson Clinic and shuttle service to and from there was very dependable. Very clean facility. Only had two issues: (1)someone burnt food while cooking, fire alarms went off and firemen were dispatched. (2)when we arrived at the hotel there was a strong unbearable odor in the room. the staff was very accommodating in moving us into another room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• The kitchen setup. Very nice for saving money and staying in if one feels like it.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“It is also very close to other dining areas, shopping centers, and gas stations outside of the downtown district. This hotel would be great for longer vacations, business trips, or family vacations because it has all the features of home including a complete kitchen (with a stove, refrigerator, and dishes.). Awesome location, awesome hotel.”

• Had all the conveniences needed for leisure or business travel.
• It met all my needs. I was very happy with my stay.

“It was clean, convenient to the MD Clinic, the shuttle was on time, and I was very please with the conveniences, such as the kitchen (which included everything) and the easy dialup connectivity. It would be nice to get this hotel every time. It met our every need.”

• Large room.
• Sheets slipped off the beds while we were sleeping.

“Breakfast consists of awful bagged bagels that did not improve with toasting, coffee was really bad. Do not count on the breakfast.”

• Huge rooms, on-site laundry facilities.
• Terrible location, not close to anything.

“This was an excellent value for the money. The rooms are very spacious. Hotel has on-site laundry facilities and a very nice swimming pool. Every room has a kitchen with stove-top, dishwasher, coffee pot and full-size refrigerator. A couple of down-falls: no ice machine (it's assumed you'll be staying awhile and can make your own in the freezer) and a terrible location. This one may be good for business travelers as it is close to downtown and reliant center; however, it is far from any type of restaurant, gas station or grocery store.”

• Quick and easy check in.
• Cleaning crew came by twice 7am and 10 am.

“Other than the fact the cleaning crew came by twice while we were sleeping. The first time they did not even knock. If it wasn't for the lock on the door, they would have walked in on us asleep. They came by again at 10am to clean once more. I was irritated by the both situations.”

• The outside of the hotel looked nice, we weren¿t bothered with housekeeping cleaning every morning, and had laundry room and vending machines.
• The room, the window view, the location, no nearby stores.

“The hotel looked nice through the outside, but once inside the room; too simple, small, the window view consisted of power plants and medical parking buildings, the halls were very smelly, the location was far from convent or any other type of stores, the front services did not provided enough information of Houston attractions, we found most of them on our own by asking outside the hotel staff.”
