“Over all the family had a good time me and my wife traveled with three young children. The shuttle drivers were excellent they were very knowledgeable and had a lot of ideas on were to go and gave excellent directions some of the best information on a trip that I have had in a long time three days later and the children still talking about how much fun. Front desk supervisor the morning we checked out on the other hand was terrible would not recommend any one to talk to at all rating customer service for her failed. The hotel itself had some minor issue that were not dealt with one towel in room I had to go to front desk to get more after two phone calls also no toiletries in room also had to get from front desk. Gift shop prices were terrible it was like buying a coke from another country this was even worse when the same coke in the Convince store right next door was less than half the price.”

“This is a very accommodating hotel. It is home base for a lot of people who are sick with life threaten illness. There are 18 hospitals around this hotel. They are very caring and provide shuttle services and any help they can provide. The staff so understood to everyone. They are a hotel with great compassion.”

“It is a good hotel; exceptional for the price we received a room! Parking accommodations were poor, however. Overall, it was much, much nicer than expected.”

“Lots of construction. Elevators where not in good shape and did not hold many people. Rooms where small. Had to share a small bed with my husband. They would not give us a room with one king bed.”

“The front desk staff and the concierge were not only helpful, they were happy to help. If I needed a cab ride for a short distance, a staff member in the background would overhear, and offer to take me in the hotel shuttle, since he "had the time." while the hotel, which is under construction as of February 2007, had a great front desk staff, the restaurant's management was simply poor and disorganized. The quality of the restaurant was not worth the steep menu prices either.”

“When we arrived, only one person was working the desk, with a long line. It took approximately 25 minutes to check in. When we arrived at the room, one of the beds had obviously been slept in, there were only 2 towels, no bath mat, no shampoo, no conditioner, 1 wash cloth, no soap, and there was trash still in the trash can and on the floor. The room had obviously not been fully cleaned. When we called about the missing towels, we were informed that we would have to go get more ourselves. We called about 15 minutes prior to being ready to depart for a cab. When we got downstairs, there were about 17 people waiting for cabs with no apparent order for which they had been called. When we asked, we were told that cabs were called 3 at a time, but no established order for who got which cab was in place. We ended up walking approximately 1/2, the way to our destination, more than 1 1/2 miles, at which point we were able to flag a cab down. Overall, the service was terrible, the condition of the room was terrible, and I would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with this particular trip.”

“Nice enough hotel conveniently located in the medical center. Check in/check out, parking facilities and courtesy van to the medical center are pluses. Considering that many guests are visiting due to serious health problems, guests should be able to regulate room temperature.”
