• I liked the location and the staff.
• The thin walls and ceiling squeaks.

“Great location next to 1-10. Ten minutes from both the Galleria and Minute Maid Park. Make sure you wear ear plugs to keep down the neighbor noise. I did call the office to complain and the noise did stop within 2 minutes though.”

• The staff was friendly and very helpful.
• The room was in disrepair. There was a mirror leaning on the sink and the sink fixture was loose. The shower was nasty!

“The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown Houston as it was 3 miles away from downtown; However, the room was in disrepair, which did not bother me because we needed a cheap hotel just to sleep in for the night. The room was clean, except for the shower that had no drain plug in the tub and was in disrepair and mold in the drain. There was a full length mirror just leaned up against the sink and the sink fixtures were detached from the sink. The rest of the room was clean and the room did have a refrigerator and cable. The desk help was very friendly and for the money the hotel was ok if you just are looking to spend the night somewhere where you can lay your head down someplace clean.”

• Location.
• Rooms not very clean, towels not replaced after room serviced, loud.

“Not impressed - not enough parking - I had to park my car overnight in a fire zone as directed by the hotel staff. Our phone rang at all hours of the night. Very loud area, not close to the attractions we were visiting. TV stations limited/fuzzy. Room did not seem clean, bathroom was dirty when we checked in, and clean towels were not provided after the room was serviced.”

• The location was very convenient to where I had to go.
• The staff was unfriendly.

“The hotel was more of a motel, and the accommodations were very basic. The complimentary breakfast, for example, was offered from grocery bags and not well kept. The bed linens appeared clean but not fresh. most significant was the staff's overall unfriendly demeanor and distant countenance.”

• It was in a fantastic location.
• The front desk told us the room was not ready the moment I walked in. No hello at all.

“The staff was beyond rude. I actually tried to find another hotel in Houston rather than stay at that one.”
