“This hotel has a great location, good amenities and the rooms are well-appointed. It was also very quiet. However, the staff could learn a few things in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, but that's almost a universal problem these days.

“The hotel needs a renovation ASAP. The HVAC system was so loud in my first room that I had them to move me. The second room wasn't much quieter. Very small restroom and the towels were what one would expect at a sleep cheap.”

“Was warned by local residents that this area is not considered safe at night, however parking was convenient, but not as well lit in some parking areas. Sprinkler system kept ground soggy and shoes were difficult to keep clean. Room had a very comfortable bed, and access to hotel was easy on and off freeway. Check-in staff made guests arriving late night to feel as though they were a bother to them. Housekeeping staff very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Breakfast not included, no microwave access to guest breakfast overpriced, but fast food restaurants nearby. No Christian TV channels available.”

“What was not under renovation was nice, there was no gift shop, breakfast buffet was ok. Room service was fast but food was over cooked, hotel door by pool said sauna/women's restroom but there was no sauna found, room was nice, clean and quiet, hallway to room stank bad.”

“Very nice hotel, formerly the Wyndham. There was still some construction was going on downstairs and in a few rooms. It was noisy the first couple of days due to a dance competition being there (pre-teen girls). Otherwise, it was more than nice. Only complaint is about the choice of locals plus about 8 cable channels for TV.”

“This is a beautiful hotel, with a magnificent lobby, and luxurious rooms. The night front desk person (I arrived very late) was very helpful and friendly. However, I attempted to have breakfast there, and after being seated no one ever acknowledged by presence and I had to go elsewhere for my meal.”

“Very nice hotel. In a sketchy part of town, but when you are in the hotel parking lot and in the hotel, you feel very safe. Parking lot is well lit and I always saw security. I don't like the fact that they put me in a room directly below renovation construction. That hotel is plenty big enough that they can keep guest away from the construction. Otherwise, a very nice stay and hotel.”

“The hotel was exceptional in most major areas; however I was disappointed that I was not informed that the business center was closed for renovation. I was able to request needed documents by fax, but I was given the wrong fax number by hotel staff. Fortunately, I received my documents before my scheduled meeting. Otherwise, the hotel was quite nice. I am grateful that I was able to stay at such a splendid hotel.”

“Huge, magnificent, breath-taking lobby with pub, restaurant, Starbucks, gift shop, which made the generic not-a-bit above the average guest room seem a real let down. The staff were not unhelpful although the only smiles I saw were on the gift shop cashier and shuttle driver. Bottom line: Lobby promises much more than guest rooms deliver. Although the rooms were clean, the walls were very thin. Noise level would disrupt small children's sleep and naps. Would I return? Certainly not.”
