• The Christmas tree was pretty.
• The crime!

“The hotel was not bad but guests cars windows were broken out and all contents stolen, the front desk staff guy did not care at all!”

• Clean rooms.
• Toilet did not work.

“Good value for the price. Only problem was the toilet flush valve did not work. I had to do a temporary fix. When reporting it at checkout, the person on duty did not apologize or comment.”

• Everything was fine.

“Clean and close to shopping and restaurants. I was there for a job interview and the staff was very accommodating. The van even made a special run to fit my schedule. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• Clean rooms, great staff and good location.

“I was pleasantly surprised, there was secure parking, a real asset since it is located right on a major road. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and they provided a free breakfast.”

• Very clean, friendly personnel, fitness center, free shuttle to airport and breakfast included for great price.
• Not many eating establishments in the neighborhood, no restaurant on property and only one Chinese delivery option, in unsafe neighborhood after dark.

“The staff was very helpful and the free shuttle, fitness center and continental breakfast with nice clean rooms were a plus. The lack of restaurants in and around an unsafe neighborhood that was pretty far from the airport was the only bad thing.”

• Excellent staff, many amenities for business traveler, very good breakfast bar.
• No restaurants within walking distance. No public transportation.

“Staff went over and beyond in assisting us with our traveling needs. Friendly and cheery Teresa answered all our questions about our stay and resourceful John assisted us in obtaining a rental car at a great price. He also offered to drive us to another hotel near the airport if needed, etc. This hotel stay was the highlight of my trip.”

• Close to the Cracker Barrel and far enough out of the down town Houston area.
• Can't think of anything.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Bathroom was not very clean, room not vacuumed.

“For a short term stay when luxury is not your goal, this hotel is fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common room was clean and the included breakfast was good. The room was simple but had everything we needed. No food or stores within walking distance, so if you don't have a car you have to take a taxi. Shuttle service to the airport was our biggest concern and theirs was great. Just needed to add a little extra time because the hotel is not close to the airport and morning traffic is heavy on both freeways needed to get their.”

“There is nothing wrong with the hotel. However I didn't like the location for this hotel I was looking for. So I stayed at another hotel. The hotel didn't start shuttle service till 6:00am which my plane left @6:25 which is not enough time so I couldn't stay there anyways.”
