• It has a full kitchen and good location.

“The room had a odor in the blanket and the carpet and one of the lights wasn't working. There is a fee for internet use. But the location is great.”

• Its was easily to find set in a great place the view was excellent the staff was there when you call on them to be there for you.
• There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

“This hotel in in a good location; however, it is not in the Galleria area.... it is near Green way Plaza. The room was clean and served my needs. There is no housekeeping services with a stay of seven days or less - so if this is a problem, it would not be the place to stay.”

• Rooms were spacious with a practical layout.
• The staff was terrible.

“Great location, nice rooms, a little short on amenities (no pool, breakfast facility, cable TV is terrible) but a good bare bones property. However, the staff is terrible. We were forced to wait 15 minutes to check in because the only desk guy was on the phone. When I called the front desk to report that the message light on my phone was malfunctioning, they hung up on me! After requesting late checkout, I was told that they just didn't know if it would be OK. Terrible, terrible service.”

• AC was not cooling well, the internet was not free, under the bed was not clean.

• Quit and clean and good location, spacious rooms and well equipped for ES.
• The wireless is not free even for one or two nights you have to pay a one time charge.

• I was impressed with the design and atmosphere of the hotel. rooms were very comfortable and staff was accessible to our needs.
• Ramp to freeway was right in front of the hotel, but not accessible unless you drive against traffic for about 10 yards - not a big deal.

“Extended stay America is pretty much what it is - a hotel for travelers who need extended stay. the location is right off the service road of 59 between Kirby and Shepard. My room was nicely equipped with a kitchen (electric stove, fridge, microwave) and a small desk neatly placed for work on a laptop. Wireless Internet was available and easy accessible and beds were very comfortable. Pillows were a bit too fluffy though. Staff was courteous and quickly briefed me on necessary amenities and security issues. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Overall, I recommend this hotel for travelers who need a comfortable place to stay for more than 2 nights. Great value!”

• The employees were very friendly.
• I could not get two beds, and had four people in my room.

“It was nice for a one-star hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and tried to help all they could. My disappointment was not being aware, that there would only be one bed, and that it would double the price to add another bed. Our two girls had to sleep on the floor.”

• Unfriendly, no extra pillows, ask for something and not get it, charged for room twice, extremely hard beds.

“First room given had not been cleaned, ask for extra pillows and there was none, ask for complementary dish soap and none was available until my wife got mad with them, then they took a minute and found some. ”

• We had to change rooms 4 times before we got a room that had been cleaned from the previous occupants.

“The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were treated as if we were annoying them upon check in. We had to request four room changes before we were put into a room that had been cleaned from the previous occupants. We were treated very poorly overall and started our trip out badly.”
