• Did not like the service for the continental breakfast. I got down there at 6:15 am and the lady was rude. She told me I had to wait till 6:30.

“If you need to go somewhere in the morning, and be there by 7, then don't eat the continental breakfast. They are rude and make you leave no matter what excuse.”

• It was beautiful. Great Location. Good Breakfast. Quiet.
• The lady at the front desk never got off her personal calls at the front desk.

“The hotel itself was wonderful. Great decor, very clean, wonderful breakfast. And it was the perfect location for what we needed. However, the staff was lacking. One lady never put her cell phone down, and was having quite personal conversations. Another gentleman had his daughter with him. She was all over the place, and it was quite distracting to say the least. The hotel itself was perfect. The people were lacking.”
