“This hotel is in need of some "serious" repair. It is located in an area that is definitely on the decline as far as businesses are concerned. The rooms have not be kept up well. I had some very serious concerns about safety. The breakfast the next morning was awful and not well planned. I will not stay at this hotel again whenever I fly into Houston. It wasn't a good experience. They only reason we did not leave was because it was only for one night and we had just gotten off a 16 hour flight from Japan and we were exhausted.”

“This hotel is run down and had what seemed to be prostitution going on in it. It is in a bad area and didn't feel safe at all. The carpet in the room seemed dirty and stained. We didn't not want to even walk on it. If we hadn't traveled so far and came in so late. We would not ever stay their again.”

“The first room they gave us wasn't even made. It didn't have any light bulbs or towels and the bed wasn't even made. They then moved us to a room that had bugs ants. It was discussing. The hotel tile was broken and I almost fell on the broken tile. The place was disgusting!”

“I did not feel safe; Rooms dirty; Wall need to be textured and painted; Also tile broken ion the floor and they would just lay a rug over the broken tile (The hotel was not under construction).”

“The price is low, but zero amenities and had too many bugs. The washing machine flooded. They have coffee round the clock. The swimming pool was the size of a bathtub. The carpet and walls were torn up. The AC was good. It was near a major highway though hard to find at first. Overall, it was more for homeless people than the serious traveler.”

“Avoid this hotel! While the employees are very courteous and helpful, the property is very run down and not cleans. I stayed two nights at the days inn intercontinental greens point in august, 2007. The immediate vicinity is not safe to walk in. For a few dollars more, many other hotels with lots more amenities are available.”

“I like most people in this hotel. Most people were very kind, helpful and friendly. In addition, the room and facilities were not so bad. But one fat middle-aged guy was very rude and bellicose. This guy has pure white skin, brown hair and two daughters.”

“Damaged walls in my room and hallways; dangling cord with no plug on lamps; detached wallpaper; auto junkyard in back of motel, generally unclean and unmentioned appearance. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.”

“This hotel is not worth 1-star. I'm doubtful it would even pass a building inspection. We were given a key with a sticker having the room number-just a key, like on a key chain. The card-lock entry was broken and they had just added a residential double cylinder deadbolt. We were given the option of two beds or one chose one assuming it was a king-it was a full size bed, the room was run down, like the rest of the hotel, and the sink did not drain. I would never stay at this hotel again even if it was free. ”

“We arrived for late check in and received our rooms, the rooms were not at all up dated and we questioned how clean they were. The wall paper was peeling away from the walls in the bathroom. We had no towels to bathe with, called and asked to have some brought down and never received them. I did not feel at all safe and would never refer anyone to this facility. I felt that this hotel was mainly a hotel they rented by the hour, not for an over night stay.”

“Although we were only there for a few short hours and was not able to take advantage of the pool area or the continental breakfast, I felt safe in the room and surrounding area (we walked to Wendy's late at night for dinner). The front counter was courteous and helpful The shuttle bus to the airport was right on time and the driver helped us with our bags. You could tell by his interaction with other riders he was very friendly. All in all, if we had to stay again in Houston to get a very early flight we would stay in the Days Inn again. Thank you!”

“Well, to begin with, we reserved a room with a king size bed and we were given a room with one full size bed. We did get it taken care of and moved to a different room, but only after two hours and more than one attempt. The wall paper was coming off of the walls, there was no iron, which was listed as and amenity, we asked for an iron and were given one that was completely made of plastic, leaked water on the clothes that we tried to iron, and didn't even get the wrinkles out! I will never stay at this hotel again. For the price, I didn't expect anything amazing, but this hotel was ridiculous.”

“I know the price was cheap but the air didn't work in my room, so I switched rooms. The air worked in the next room but it wasn't even cleaned yet. I told the front desk they switched and they switched me again and apologized. The third room's air barely worked either and the view out of the window was of a big white Citgo oil tank 20 feet away blocking everything. Tired of carrying my luggage from room to room I stayed in this room. Never again. Good room for truckers looking to crash for the night.”

“It was very clean, but the hotel had problems with the following items: First, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom - a big square. Secondly, the elevator wasn't working properly, so on two different occasions people got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for assistance. When I heard this, I decided to take the stairways, but the stairs were outside not inside and the door was locked from the inside. The staff had to put something in the door so people could come inside from the stairways. Thirdly, the room in which I was staying at one time connected to the adjoining room, so to make the rooms not adjoin, the deadbolt locks were taken out and in its place was some kind of stuff. No one from the other room could accidentally get into my room, but I think it would be easy to figure out how to play with the stuff in the deadbolt hole in order to open the door.”

“The room I was first assigned was not ready, there were towels all over the floor and the beds were not made. The staff apologized and assigned me to another one but I still wasn't comfortable, cleanliness of the hotel was doubtful, I could not even seat on the bed, the sheets and the bed were old, bathroom not that clean. I had to leave and go to Hampton Inn.”
