• The roof didn't collapse while we were there.
• No hotel van, toilet didn't work, night staff unaccommodating.

“Despite having a hotel photo with the hotel van in front on your web site, they would not use it to pick us up or drop us off saying it needed repairs. It was still sitting in front of the hotel when we checked in much later that night- and it was still in need of repairs according to the desk clerk. The hotel was 15-20 minutes from the airport and the taxi driver claimed not to know where it was located. When we walked into the room the smell of cigarette deodorizer made my eyes water and my wife sneeze. It was a no-smoking room The toilet tank would not fill unless the valve was manually moved (with the lid off). The girl at the desk initially told us that they didn't have any extra pillows and that she was the only one on duty. When a man walking around in the back office was pointed out to her, she was totally unembarrassed at being caught in a lie. The hotel would not do anything about a partial refund and would not pay for a cab to/from the airport. I will not be back nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not a 2 1/2 star hotel.”

• Desk clerk was friendly.
• Dirty, bed sheets had bugs, smoky hallways.

“I would not stay here. Bad part of town and very dirty room. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. ”

• It was not a Baymont,

“At first the hotel appearience was not good. It was old and being painted. It was not a Baymont as we have stayed in other Baymont we were expecting a litle bit more elegance. This hotel was a Comfort Inn. We really did not like it. The pool area was not good. This Hotel did not have the comodities we expected.”

• Next to a good BBQ Restaurant
• A little hard to get to with one way road access

“Clean rooms,great hotel staff, situated next to busy highway so slight noise. Reasonable rate. Good Value for the money.”

• room was huge and had a comfy" feel"
• only snack machine on first floor

“This was our first visit to a Baymont Inn. The staff was very friendly and our room was huge! It felt comfortable and we loved the small microwave and fridge in-room. This was a GREAT deal on a GREAT hotel!”

“Hotel was okay. As a female traveling alone, I felt the location was not safe. I will not choose a 2 star in this area again.”

• Clean, comfortable,the price was right
• If you come from the wrong it is a long trip around the express way

“The hotel was clean and had contennintal breakfast but if you drive in fron the wrong direction it a long way around and under the freway you have to go.”
