  • Staff and price.
  • Hard to find, toilet was loose and no elevators.

“I really feel it was all right for the price. I don't think I could complain too much.”

  • Cheapest one in the area.
  • Shower curtain had stains. Found a dried piece of cheese under the blankets. TV buttons had grease on them.

“I was looking for something cheap.”

  • Great location for woodlands pavilion concerts.
  • Ants; hard to find if not familiar with Texas highway access road system.

“If you're attending a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's a mere 7-10 minutes away, and is close to a good variety of restaurants. Not a lot of frills, which is what one would expect for such a reasonable price. Our interaction with staff was minimal, but they were helpful and kind. Room was clean, although we encountered a few ants (might be a problem at hotels in the area, I don't know). No fridge in the room, so bring a cooler. Overall, a very good hotel for the price.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[4] • Location:[6]

  • Price.
  • Without elevator.

“Good location and good price however suites outside and without elevator so if you have more than one bag might be a problem to carry all luggages at once.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The hotel was comfortable and very close to the location I was visiting.
  • The hotel was slightly more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it was clean and comfortable.

“Although this was a super8 hotel, it seemed slightly pricier than I expected. However, I attributed that to the location. It was a very clean and comfortable room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

  • It's location to the freeway.
  • Leaks in bathroom from unit above.

“For the price it was nice enough. Good location.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[4] • Location:[7]

  • I liked that I was able to leave in the morning.
  • Dirty toilet and bathroom. Used toilet paper.

“Wow, I didn't know that Super 8 could be worse than my expectations. The ice machine didn't work, the bathroom was filthy, and still contained toilet paper from a previous guest. The vent in the bathroom was literally dangling from the ceiling, meaning that I could see into ceiling! The phone in my room was covered with some kind of film, as well as dust and stains. The walls adorned with stains as well. I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone I know that Super 8 doesn't care about their guests!”
