• Near the Woodlands Pavilion.
• Terrible smell, bugs, loud freeway noise.

“Our room was disgusting. It smelt like cheap cleaner covering up smoke, funk, and other miscellaneous smells. The freeway noise was terrible. The staff was not willing to transfer us to another room although we checked in at 3:15. Terrible experience.”

• Location in woodlands.

“It felt old and musky. There were not enough plugs for electronic items. I had to unplug the clock radio and lamp in order to use my laptop and charge my phone.”

• Reclining chair,microwave,refrigerator,king size bed and very roomy.
• Continental breakfast, staff friendliness was okay.

• Easy access to the area I needed to be in.
• Room was infested with bugs and had a musty odor.

“This is an older motel in dire need of updating. In all reality was not worth half of what we paid. There were several new motels in the area for roughly the same cost. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant.”

• Hotel staff interrupted our stay 3 times in matter of hours.

“Hotel is great location to the venue needed. Hotel staff is less than friendly and interrupted our stay 3 times within hours.”

• The continental breakfast.
• There was a constant stream of ants and a roach in bathroom.

“This hotel was okay at best. I won't be breaking my neck to stay at this location should I return to the Houston area next time. Upon entry of the room, it was apparent the last guest or guests were smokers, though our request was for a nonsmoking room, for health reasons. As I said above, the most troubling issue was the constant stream of ants on the bathroom floor and I had to kill a roach in there as well.They appeared to be coming out of the baseboard cracks on the floor. Not a very comforting sight!”

• Very clean bathroom with updated decor -loved the yellow shower curtain.
• Swimming pool looked dirty with things floating in it & cloudy water.

• Staff was very friendly upon arrival and changed our room .
• Called to request non smoking room when made reservation. Not the case when we went to our room.

“Not the nicest La Quinta that I have stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee offered in the room was substandard. The room was quiet considering proximity to I 45. When we arrived, the room was definitely a non smoking room(even though I was assured that it would be a non smoking room after I called the hotel once my bid was accepted). The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience of moving to another room.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was immaculate.
• The young man empting the trash cans in the front of the hotel had his pants sagging below his butt.

“The night time clerk, was extremely helpful and friendly. She treated us like no one ever has. She is a pleasure to do business with. The location was perfect for us to see the Toby Keith concert at the Woodlands which was outstanding! The room could not have been nicer! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and making our trip the best in our life so far. Thank you.”

• The room was clean and the staff pleasant.
• The pool was dirty, all the tables in the breakfast area wobbled. Ice machine was broken 1st floor.

“Pool water was cloudy, all the tables in the breakfast area wobbled. Not at all the level of service I am accustomed to. It was in proximity of the business meeting I was attending, however I had to drive through a neighborhood to get to it.”

• Staff was very helpful & pleasant. Great location. Room clean and attractive.
• The ice machines on the 1st & 2nd floors did not work.

“Great location, easy access to and from. The staff was super. Was given a room on the 3rd floor and before I could ask to be put on the 1st floor, the staff member offered a room right across from the pool. The room was clean and attractive. The only negative thing I found was the ice machine did not work on the 1st or 2nd floors. But that definitely was not a hindrance to our stay.”
